The limo arrived on time and the driver was beyond wonderful. All the kids were excited and drove away with big smiles on their faces. They arrived to their event on time, enjoyed their night and had a nice drive downtown. The night was perfect. However, it didn't end the way we wanted. Unfortunately, the car was struck by a drunk driver. Everyone walked away okay. The driver handled herself very well. Monica called the following morning to check-up on all of the kiddos, and apologized for the incident. We can prepare for as much as we can but we can't account for everything. Monica offered a bit of a refund due to the circumstance, and even took care of her driver. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service we were provided and would definitely recommend this amazing company. A company who cares about everyone's well-being and satisfaction with service. Being told to drive without permits, using trailers that didn't have inspection stickers, lights not working. Seems like they try to get your license filled with tickets, incidents so you're not able to get hired by another company. They're also notorious for not paying on time. The agreement was a 7 day pay out for loads escorted. Two days before March they came up with "starting in March we're doing 30 day pay out". Thanks for the two day notice. Then, they tried to delay the payment for a run we completed in February trying to use the excuse "we thought it was part of the 30 day pay out". We completed another run on March 2nd, here it is April 9th, and they still haven't paid out. So yea, if you want a dirty driving record, possibly being ticketed for faulty equipment and not paid on time, then this is the company for you.

We were scheduled to be picked up in the Stone Oak area at 6pm on a Tuesday night and had dinner reservations at 7. At 5:45 I receive a phone call from our driver asking what side of town the address is on. Did he not think about looking it up perhaps earlier in the day? I say Stone Oak and he says "ohhh traffic is going to be bad". Ya think!!! He finally shows up just after 6:30 and now he has engine problems. My husband supplies him with some tools and helps him with the mechanical problem. We don't leave the house until 6:50 making us late for our dinner reservations. The limo was decent. We go to dinner and get back home without any issues. My husband even tips the guy $100 on top of the $400 we paid. Then I get home and find out they charged me an additional $70 because we went over 45 minutes (which we actually didn't because the driver was 50 minutes late). I spent two days calling with no answer, finally got ahold of someone and he said he would look into it and get back to me. That was days ago!! Very disappointed in this company and plan and contacting my credit card company to fight for my money back. It's so sad to me that people do business this way. I return to San Antonio often and rent limos - never again from this company!
