We had just experienced a few days of strong storms and all of the roofing companies I called were extremely busy. The woman I spoke to said she would try to fit me in but no promises. Long story short, Jordan came out, inspected the roof from the attic, discovered the area of the leak, went outside onto the roof and quickly found the issue, a nail had worked it's way up through the shingle. He sealed it, inspected the rest of the roof, found one more nail pop and sealed that as well. Jordan was awesome to work with, very professional, took plenty of photos and explained everything. My wife had called a "we do everything" company who came out and said we needed a new roof of $16-$20K. Smith doesn't do that crap, they are very honest and service was the best.
