Sweet Tooth Bakery had a beautiful, vanilla three-layered cake already created and for sale. But, it had sprinkles decorating it, like a birthday cake. Starfire Grill - Florence, SC…read more Very, very good food. My wife had the vegetable beef soup with Greek potatoes, and I had the Greek salad topped with salmon. The salad was very good, the salmon was nicely prepared, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. We liked the Greek flavors so much that we bought a container of their Greek seasoning mix to take home. Dining out can be challenging for us because I have Alpha Gal syndrome and a tree nut allergy, while my wife has a gluten allergy and is sensitive to dairy. Starfire made things considerably easier by clearly identifying gluten free items on the menu, and our waitress was helpful in working through our dietary restrictions. We were both able to find meals that worked for us without sacrificing the quality of the food. The atmosphere is comfortable and pleasant, although the dining room is showing some age. It has the slightly worn feel of a long established local restaurant, but nothing that detracted from our meal. Good for families, casual dates, and casual business meals. The dining room probably isn't the setting for an important business dinner or special occasion, but for a relaxed meal with genuinely good food, it works very well. We would absolutely return. The fact that we left with a container of their Greek seasoning probably says enough about how much we enjoyed the food.
