I've had nothing but great experiences at crumbl in Florence sc! The staff are always welcoming and super friendly. On one of our visits both of my kids were given free mini cookies. Another time my son, who is on the spectrum was overwhelmed standing in line and one of the employees went above and beyond to help me get my order as fast as possible. these cookies are delicious and priced well especially for the large size cookie you receive. easily able to split the cookie four ways which is what my family and I do. we get an assortment and share so everyone gets a taste and you don't divulge all those calories at once . the app and store tablet are very user friendly and the customer service is excellent read more

The cookies are really good! Sadly, they don't have the ice cream here yet! When I was there, a few months back, it was super crowded, and the curbside pick-up took way longer than if I had come to the store. I would say that I waited for almost 30 minutes. And there was not a designated curbside parking spot for crumbl cookies, hopefully they fixed it. read more

I think this is a great establishment. Is it perfect no, but I enjoy being able to go after school to get a sweet treat for myself or a group. This store is always very clean but they are shortstaffed, often having only one or two people working to serve decorate and bake the cookies. read more
