My friend and I took our kids here for ice cream it was a white couple with 2 kids and we were after them they had kids cups the lady fill them to the top and when it was our turn she literally gave us a half or scoop she rolled her eyes as if my friend was wrong when she pointed at there cups and ours she was very racist we walked out along with others. read more

Great service, variety, and prices. We like sitting on the little patio. I highly recommend.

This location was very busy on Fathers Day, exactly behind the UPS store on W Palmetto St. The line was long but moved fairly fast. I chose they raspberry sorbet one scoop in small paper cup. I would have preferred the traditional cone but all they have are waffle cones. My wife chose the strawberry signature cone. It had chunks of strawberry and blueberries, and the ice cream tasted like cheesecake. We got both of these for just $11. The seating is limited outside and inside, but other chains have the same issue. Personally, I prefer more traditional cone dipped in chocolate. The price is nice but it's middle of pack for me. read more

Great service! quick and efficient! Will go back when I am SC back again working The crew was nice and quick service.

My son treated me to Cold Stone for my birthday. Masks are required and there's no indoor seating available. There are a few tables outside that were occupied. The staff wear masks and change gloves between customers. No more putting your face up to the glass ice cream freezer as social distancing is enforced. As always, the ice cream and service was delightful! read more

Cold Stone Creamery - Staple found in my ice cream - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Florence, South Carolina

Ice cream cake was delicious however the service was horrible!! My son and I walked into the establishment to purchase a cake and two ice creams. No one acknowledged us do we stood in the cashier line as the cashier was also scooping up ice cream and ringing people up. We were third in line and ten other people came in to get ice cream and when I got up to the cashier she told us we had to go over to the ice cream counter and no one was there to take our orders. We then had to stand and wait for everyone else to be checked out before the cashier came over to fix our order! I can not recommend this establishment!!! VERY POIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! read more

We came here on a really hot summer day hoping for a good ice cream. There was only one girl at the counter which meant it was a really long wait to get ice cream. I ordered the Chocolate lava meltdown, the brownie was not as good as the other ColdStone brownies I have had before, and the ice cream a little icy, not creamy. Overall not so good. read more

Closes before 8pm on a Saturday. Staff is was not friendly at all stood behind counter and refused to serve. We got there before 8pm.

Tried something new today! Got the Dough-lightfully Peanut Butter ice cream. Classic cookie dough ice cream, Reese's Peanut Butter Cup, Peanut Butter and sugar crystals. I got mine without the extra sugar. It's a pretty good creation, it might get added to my rotation. read more

My husband and I ordered the Strawberry Blonde waffle cup to go and ending with Blonde hair in our ice cream. We were refunded our money however if you don't want your ice cream with hair I advise that you not visit this establishment. read more

Not the best visit. The No Fair Funnel Cake dessert that looks so great on the commercial, is nothing more than a frozen blob, reheated in the waffle maker...kinda...and turned into a spongy, chewy atrocity. The ice cream, whipped cream and strawberries are good though. Aside from that, there were a ton of flies crawling on the ceiling that I didn't notice until we were done eating....yuck! read more

I just tried to get some ice cream and they were closed early so don't waste your time! This place obviously doesn't need any business so they just make their own hours! read more

Love Coldstone so much. My favorite ice cream. Never disappoints. Sometimes are real busy so service can be slow but duh that's common anywhere you go that's busy for the most part. Their employees always seem to be professionals at what their making despite the many combinations Coldstone has. Can I get a GOTTA HAVE IT review for this? read more

Ahhh. Cold stone. When I have my craving for a cookie dough ice cream on a waffle cone with rainbow sprinkles, this is the place I will go to! read more

Get a lot of ice cream for the price, great customer service as well. Kids size is the way to go, a kids create

Maybe they're under new management because I've never noticed this place to be unclean. I've never tried their icecream cakes (mainly due to the very high price tag) but I do enjoy getting ice cream there whenever I can. Lots of flavors and things to add to it. The ice cream is very delicious... its creamy and thick and the flavors are potent without being too much. The staff could be a little more friendly but they are quick and do a good job, so no complaints there. I'd rather have good service without a smile than a super peppy person that does a lousy job. read more

Will not return to this establishment. Customer service from two young adults was horrible. We were not greeted when we got to the counter . We wanted to order 2 dipped waffle cones and was told that they didn't have a way to melt the chocolate for the dipped cone? We were also told that machine was broken to make additional waffle cones. We tried to purchase ice cream cookies to go and the freezer was empty. When we decided to go somewhere else, the boy working stood in the back of the shop and was eating dinner. While the girl just stared at us with a blank look. This is the 3rd time we visited this establishment and each time was awful! Will not return. If you're looking for good customer service and ice cream, go to Bruster's! read more

I am writing this review for the store in Florence, SC (merchant ID 1943). We go to this location 6-8 times per year. The ice cream is always good but the service is ALWAYS terrible. Today when we went, there were 5 employees working. At first, 2 employees were serving customers and the other 3 employees were replenishing ice cream and toppings. The 3 employees continued to replenish the items even though none of the items were empty and there were multiple customers waiting in line (the line was all the way to the door). After one customer left, one of the employees left and went to the back, only leaving one person serving customers. The employees were more interested talking to each other rather than servicing customers. Also, all 5 of the employees had their smart phones on the counter and were texting on a regular basis. Additionally, one of the employees who was replenishing the items was eating while performing this task which is a health code violation. The last 3-4 times we have been to this establishment, the same type of service has been experienced. This store is very poorly managed and the employees have no clue about customer satisfaction. They are more interested about talking and taking it easy than they are working and pleasing customers. If you go there, you better have 20-30 minutes to receive your order. read more
