I signed up for 6 months of service, and was automatically enrolled in a monthly service fee. At…read morethe initial phone call I said I was not interested in the monthly service fee and that I wished to UNENROLL. The person on the phone agreed to cancel but of course, saved my credit card information and charged me anyway. Buyer beware, ask for written proof of anything said over the phone. This company is shady and will not honor what they agree to by phone! On top of that, the first worker that came out seemed professional. But the worker on the follow-up visit was extremely unprofessional, trashed my home, left trash in the street and permanently stained the sidewalk outside my home with orange foam. After trimming the tree back to prevent pests from entering the home via branches, he left the branches completely covering the downstairs apartment entrance. AND the cuts were not clean and left the tree vulnerable to disease. I had to hire someone to come clean up his mess and fix the cuts. They should not offer a service they are incompetent at completing. Overall I am very disappointed with Catchy Pest Solutions. With so many better alternatives in the area, I would never recommend them.

I was afraid he'd get stung, but he wasn't; so he walked a stone wall "tightrope"where he successfully located the nest and swarming bees at the end. The location prohibited use of Noble's chemicals being right on top of the lake. A choice was made to hope the nest is flooded by predicted rains and that winter months will freeze out the bees for now and evermore! Apreciatively, Unstung customer

Never sealed the house, said they couldn't find where they were coming in. (It was the places light was clearly coming into the attic, I took care of it.) They left a bunch of trash in my attic on top of the damaged insulation they were supposed to replace, left with animals actively in my house, and did some bad flashing work that made my roof leak. I have been plagued by wasps for over a year, but after I was stung and ended up in the emergency…read moreroom, I knew it was time to take action. I called Cody Britt after reading some posts on Nextdoor. He came the same day and went out of his way to provide comprehensive service: he sprayed areas inside and outside the house, put powder down, filled holes, set traps, cleaned broken debris off the porch where I was bitten and dropped a potted plant (which I was terrified to return to), checked my chimneys for possible entry points and answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently. He was generous, kind and professional with his attention to detail. Best of all, he proposed an ongoing plan for treatments during the year to prevent future wasp "takeovers." Phew - I can't tell you how relieved I am! You can reach Cody at 828-787-7378 .

He also came out separately to handle an ant infestation in my wall, and at no charge because I was paying for quarterly service. I later had a Yellowjacket nest being built on a fence near a door on my home, and he came out the next morning after being contacted at night. Yellowjacket removal fee was $65, but totally worth it due to their aggressive nature and difficulty to remove. Long story short, I highly recommend Cody and Patriot Environmental!

I called this company because I wanted to support a local business and we needed our crawlspace…read moreevaluated for any active pests as well as moisture protection. The tech came out as scheduled, took a look around our crawlspace and said there didn't appear to be any active infestations at the time. So far so good. Then I asked him how much it would cost for preventative termite treatment and moisture control for the crawlspace as it tends to flood during heavy rains and right now we only have a very rudimentary pump. The tech said he'd head back to the office and get an estimate drawn up for me and have one of his office assistants call me back in the next few days. I thanked him and he went on his way, and I felt a little weight off my shoulders that soon our concerns would be taken care of. That was approximately two to three months ago. I never got a call from Hendersonville Pest with an estimate for any of the services I requested. We wanted those services rendered before the holidays, and as that didn't happen, we have been too busy and stretched thin financially from other obligations that have come up since that our crawlspace STILL hasn't been attended to. Frankly, it made me feel like this company didn't care enough for our business to even make an effort. I would've even appreciated it if they'd told me they were simply too busy to take on the workload right now. I even would've appreciated a call a couple of weeks later apologizing for losing us in the shuffle. But there was absolutely no communication with us at all. We were simply ignored or forgotten about, and neither one of those things speaks well for the company. We'll be looking elsewhere for services once we have the funds to fix our crawlspace.
