We have dealt with A and H for a number of years now, so we contacted them through their on-line service last evening to get on their schedule. Initially they said they would get to us mid-afternoon on 9/9, which we thought was fantastic. However, they got in touch with us early morning 9/9 to say they had an unexpected opening and if it was ok, would be at our home in 20 to 30 minutes. Even better! Their technician (David) showed up just after 9:30 am, got the info he needed regarding our problem annd got to work. He had us repaired and back in service in just over a hour, and it has been working great all day since! We are very pleased with their service and especially their response time! Would most definitely recommend their company, and we will absolutely call them in the future if we need any of the services that they provide! Thank you, thank you! Jeff & Ronda

Will aka Billiam was the one who gave us our bid and also came out to do the work and I cannot stress enough how nice and professional he was. He explained the work thoroughly and in a way that was easy for us to get, he made sure to get a hold of me and explain if something had arisen and was able to walk my wife and I through what needed to change from our initial estimate and and he cleaned up after himself as well. He felt like a guy I'd want to hang out with outside of an instance like this and was very personable. He was quick and prompt at handling the work we initially called him out for. We have a lot going on in our lives and no one wants an unexpected cost like this to hinder their plans like this one almost did, not only was Andy's Pipe Dream and their technician Will well priced and willing to back up their work, the were also excellent to interact with and it helped make the process of spending this much money on a necessary expense like this with them a no brainer and eased our concerns. In the future we will be using them again for any issues we might need fixed.

Since then, I have had to have repairs in 2007 and 2008. Again, quick service, great and friendly service men. They have always understood my concerns about the dogs being too hot. They have always gotten to us quickly. Fast forward to this morning. Woke up, after a power outage last night to find that the A/C was not working and it was quickly getting warm in here. I called in for service, she assured me that the would get me take care of this afternoon. It may be 1pm or so, was that going to be ok? I assured her, that as long as they got to us today, we'd be fine. I would take the dogs out if I had to. 10:30am; Mike *(the service guy) was knocking on my door. He remembered me and the dogs when he saw the work order. He remembered that I had special needs dogs and had to have our A/C. So he bumped me up on his list, hoping he could get us fixed quick. By 11:15 this morning, the A/C was up, running and good to go. He checked our charge, looked everything over, replaced the Capacitor and had us ready to cool off! Mike has made our last 3 service calls, he's never bothered by the loud and rambunctious BIG dogs that greet him at the door, tails wagging and tongues lolling. He just asks them if they are hot and assures them he'll get them cool in no time. What a wonderful company, what a great repair man. In 10 years, I have never ONCE been disappointed in this company. If they are more expensive than other companies, I don't know. I won't bother to find out, because this type of service and care from a company is priceless. My pups think so too! As my middle one was bounding through the house, squeaking her squeaky toy after Mike left! If you need service for your A/C or heat, I wouldn't hesitate to call this company and have complete faith in them! And the dogs say the same thing, because they have always greeted Mike like he was supposed to be here!
