I've ordered right when they open for pick up later in the afternoon and also ordered a day before with no issues. You can mix and match your pizza for extra cost but so worth it for the quality and the well dispersed toppings. Our pizzas always come with cheese and red pepper flakes as well. Wow. What a find. We were at Christ Cathedral and wanted pizza. Ordered one from here. It was OUTSTANDING!!! Very nice and tasty thin crust. Not only generous toppings, but DELICIOUS toppings. We got the pizza with ALL the toppings, and we could taste everything: pepperoni, sausage, onions(very sweet), bell pepper, olives. Friends recommendation of wanting to try a "giant" pizza. A lot of parking and small businesses around it to wait around. There's also a Crunch fitness Inside is a typical pizza place. Cashier was very helpful on explaining first timers when ordering here. My friend and I decided to get "giant" pizza. How giant? It's 32 inches with three toppings. Additional toppings cost extra. The menu is very clear and simple to understand. Pizza come in two ways: originals or squares. If you decide to get the square, you get less crust and the pizza is so thin that an average can eat at least 6-8 slices before hitting the food wall. Giant pizza took 30 minutes if you order and decide to eat the at the place. That's the thing. There's only like 4 tables and that's pretty much it. It's understandable why people want to order it to go. Was it worth the wait? Heck yeah! The pizza is so huge that it literally covers the whole table from one side to the other side. We decide to order it with pepperoni, bacon and sausage. Pizza was handmade and the cheese and crust is awesome. All three is excellent and didn't taste try. The slice is evenly slice and thin. Sad part (if you can call it that) is that kind of greasy but it depends on the person. I don't mind. I needed to feed a crowd and saw the Giant pizza on Yelp. Thinking that's gotta cause a dent in some of the people I was trying to feed, I called the day ahead to see how to go about placing in order for this monster and the gal on the other line was kind and helpful. Ordered a giant w/half combo and half meat lovers. Was around $50. Paid via phone and it was ready by noon the next day for my sister and brother-in-law to pick up for me; easy peasy process. The pizza and the experience of ordering this thing was great from start to finish. 5 stars and I haven't even stepped foot in this establishment and all the guests thoroughly enjoyed/ate the entire thing. She miss understood and when I explained it in a way for her understand, she said "that's exactly what i was telling you" then the old giant head cook on her right called us "pendejos" I asked him if he said that and he said yes because we are confusing. This place has always been our go to pizza place. The food is always delicious. The pizzas are huge and priced well. The service is great! I've never had an issue with them. I always call to order in and never had an issue ordering this way. The restaurant is pretty small. So if you're planning to dine in, don't expect to be able to bring a whole family to eat in as there might not be enough chairs/tables. This has never been a problem as we always carry out. The pizza is good, with fresh ingredients, the cheese has a really nice texture with the perfect amount of stringiness. The calzone tastes like what I imagine a stuffed crust pizza taste like but only if you keep only the crust and fill it with cheese and toppings. Overall the pizza is truly the right amount of balance between topping and dough. It's not like italian pizza with thin crust and focusing on toppings. But it's also not like like american pizza that is doughy and salty. It's just the perfect balance of cheese and dough for fulfilling meal. My family loves everything! Give it 10/10 read more

I am honestly giving this place 5 stars. Their customer service was impeccable. The pizzas were delicious. We (family and I) took it to the park so we started eating the pizzas 40mins after we got them and the food was still warm. My preference is a lot of marinara sauce but my family likes more cheese then sauce. This had the right amount in both which satisfied us all. The Giant pizza is enough to feed 10+ people and kids. So, I currently live in Orange, CA. As a child, I lived in NJ and was in NY often. So, let's just say, I KNOW what true NY style pizza is supposed to be. The CRUST is always the key ingredient. If the crust isn't NY style, just stop there! Fail! With that said, Giant Manhattan gets close to having NY style crust; very close! It's really good but just slightly puffier that authentic NY style. Not a problem really. I'm a "slice pizza" guy. I always want one or two slices and a drink. Slices are often different than ordering an entire pie because they are usually reheated. Think about it, you're paying for leftovers! It was explained to me that the slices at Giant Manhattan are PARTIALLY pre-made. Basically, the crust is pre-made and, when you order your slice, they cut the slice from the crust and then sauce it, put cheese on it, toppings, and bake it. It takes about 9 minutes. Because this process is a bit unusual, the resulting slices are still very good and fresh, however, the sauce doesn't penetrate the crust and things don't blend together as well. For this reason, while eating a slice, it's really EASY to accidentally pull off the cheese and toppings during a bite by accident. Take care. The toppings (I had pepperoni and black olives) seem generous. The pepperoni grade seems pretty high. They have Parmesan and pepper flake shakers in the tables inside. They have a great deal while I'm typing this. $3.99 for a HUGE slice and a can of sofa (don't be fooled by the fountain cup in the generic ad). I was a little disappointed I couldn't get refills. The can thing always irritates me. The pizza was good. They have four indoor 4-top tables and two 2-top bistro style tables out on the sidewalk. There's NO public restroom. Additional personal note: When I lived in Burbank I drove to Studio City to Fernanda's NY Pizza. That was my favorite NY style in LA county. read more

Used to be solid, but a lot of inconsistencies with the joint, especially since the last time we visited. First off, they need to update their Google-linked website as prices do not match. When we called over the phone, the lady on the line did not give a total for our "Sicilian-Style", so when we arrived to pick up, there was confusion with the pricing. We were expecting the bill to be $13.99 plus tax but were charged $14.99 upon arrival. On top of this, the lady printed out a receipt of what $13.99 would buy - a $13.49 16 inch cheese pizza - as if we did not explicitly say we were ordering Sicilian and their website did not have the price listed on the website. I would expect better awareness from someone running the counter and not a good look if you ask me. Plus, for a dollar more, you'd at least expect the size of the pizza to remain the same, not become smaller, which was the case for us, so that was a big disappointment as well.
