Expired food, expensive and rude employees if you can find one. The parsley was rotting last time I was in.

Ordered a birthday cake for a children's party to be picked up on Friday. Got there at 2 PM in the afternoon bakery was closed. Customer service couldn't tell us when it would open the next day. Customer service couldn't tell us anything. Young man who came out of the office also couldn't tell us anything except that Saturday it opened early. Very frustrating since if they knew on Fridays, they close early. They at least could've told us when we ordered the cake and said we were picking it up in the early afternoon. My daughter had to call back at a supervisor manager of the store and he said he would go into the back and get it for us. read more

Love the vegan options and organic produce. Would like to see a local produce section. At least apples read more

I came here looking for a probiotic that giant is one of the few places around that caries it, however every box on the shelf that I looked at was expired. You guys got to do a better job of making sure the drugs you have on offer are good before someone gets sick! And I'm not talking about a few days, were talking 5 months expired! read more

Some months back, this Giants steadily deteriorating stock situation reached the point where I now save substantial time & irritation by going to Redners by default. read more

Why is it always freezing?!?! Come prepared with extra layers... They have a decent selection, better than other local stores on the organic/vegetarian section. Produce is hit or miss. The bathroom is disgusting, so avoid that. read more

the dumbest thing giant does is limit you to one car .for your hard earned points . so to beat their system ,just go home first and fill your other car with your gas cans at home . then take the cans along with your car and fill the car and the cans . bingo you still filled 2 vehicles read more

I wanted to purchase several veggies and some salad items, but all the lettuce, regardless of which kind, was browning. I went to purchase some mini tomatoes and there was mold on them and insects in several containers. The strawberries were old and molding as well. read more

I have a broken leg and going to the grocery store is like a date with my husband. The first electric chair I sat in the attendant told me that he just plugged it in and to take the next one. 2 isle later the battery died, here I am stuck in the bread isle while my husband is off in the next isle and my crutches are in the car. I was so disappointed that I spent the rest of the time on a bench while he shopped by himself. Please, please keep the carts charged. Put an erasable sign on each cart to let guests know when it was last plugged in. Jumping in a cart that was only charging for the last 10 minutes don't help the customer. May I mention that the seat of the cart was so hot from sitting outside in the sun. Why wasn't it being charged? read more

Giant should be embarrassed by this store. It is always dirty, the floor is uneven in parts and there isn't really any take out. I like the Giant salad bar but it is non existent here. When will this place be renovated? read more

Do not rotate thier stock. Produce has mold. Bread alot of time is expired in like 2 days so is alot of stuff. So close to experarion dates. Very disappointed read more

This giant is slipping quickly. 1-2 checkouts open at peak time, ( on numerous occasions)with huge lines at these checkouts and the self checkout. Bakery is unpredictable, both in quality and when things are put out in morning. Used to have doughnuts/muffins out before 6 am, now the shelves are usually still empty at 7. Quality very inconsistent also, still great sometimes but terrible others. Much better service at exeter giant. read more

Poorly stocked compared to nearby stores store is open early for seniors but multiple aisles are closed off for stocking ? Very frustrating

This is a nice new Giant with a gas station in its parking lot. The gas is usually among the cheapest in the area and you can get points towards gas with your Giant card so it ends up being a great deal. Store is organized similar to other Giants in the area with a great selection of many products. read more

Get rid of those little carts for "shoppers in training"! Are you kidding me! Never go to Giant on a Saturday or Sunday. It's brutal with all those little carts. Horrible! read more

On my way back to the office just wanted to grab a salad and soup. It's 11:45 am so it should be ok. So lets start with the soup. 1 crock filled.... Ok. Chicken noodle that works. Grab medium container fill with soup. Try both kids that are out (one still in plastic sleeve) one is too small one is too big. Got girls attention, asked for lids. She went to look, gone so long thought wasn't coming back. Nope sorry no lids.... Ok do you have larger containers to match the big lids..... Again gone forever. Nope. So we have lids with no bottoms and bottoms with no lids out. Said ok thanks, you will have to dispose of this as I hand the soup over the top. "you don't want it?" Well I can't transport it so no not any more. " you can just put it back" OMG. "no I can't, that is not ok, you can't reserve it". Blank look. Ok. Had to walk away. I understand running out of things, but are you really so dense as to not see the issue. Made my way out of the store through a conversation being had by cashiers about how awful something about their job was. read more

Clean newer store with friendly staff and decent selection at reasonable price there sale items are fab

Fast checkout, very organized. Customer service is very important to them and they'll go above and beyond to please their customers.

Gene in the Deli is rude. My husband observed him speaking to two customers today while waiting to pick up our deli kiosk order. He was short with both. When I went up to the counter to inquire about our order I was told that something must have happened to it. I checked the bins for the order number and ours was skipped. Rather than offer to take my order there at the counter (there were no other customers waiting) I was blown off. Not coming back ever. read more
