They have a great selection that seems fresher and better quality than the typical grocery store chain. I have had Lariccia's catering twice, and both times the food was perfect! We used Lariccia's for my grad party and everyone was raving about how fantastic it was. You can't go wrong with their chicken and pasta options. Staff is friendly, and prices are average to slightly above average. Overall, I would recommend Lariccia's for both shopping and catering. They have great options and often some delicious unique items that you can't find at a chain grocery store.

The store itself was for me a combination of an old style farm , with a mix of everything else, from deli, reasonable prices, apples, cider, flavored cider, produce, snacks, candy, hard to find items. This place is in my top 5 grocery stores anywhere - it's the largest and most inclusive Italian…read moregrocery I've ever been to (including ones in NYC, Philly, and Chicago). They carry literally any fresh or packaged Italian ingredient you can think of (including beer/wine, because it isn't PA). Like pre-weighted portions of chestnut flour, if you need it for some reason. The best thing there is their giant hot spinach strombolis, which they have on weekends. I go to Youngstown from Pittsburgh mostly for this store once or twice a year.
