Shopping at this Giant Eagle is painful. Staff are slothful, selection isn't very good, and inventory is hit and miss. I've been to much better managed grocery stores in Mexico and Panama. read more

Big new beautiful store -like a Whole Foods on steroids and better. Only drawback is -it is hard to get to - gps hasn't learned the new roads yet -just follow the gps directions until they seem to end in nowhere -then look around for the red peak of the store roof. The whole area looks deserted with remote storefronts snd construction, but it's worth the trip when you find it. read more

I do like this giant eagle very much. It's clean and has a good selection of products. Their employees are very friendly and are always willing to help you if you need to find something or just had a few questions. My favorite department is probably their prepared foods department. I love their fried chicken and mashed potatoes. Their bakery is also very tasty. I like how it is located right by a get-go. I guess my only complaint would be the produce section. Sometimes they are just borderline bad or very ripe. I have found fresher produce elsewhere. Despite everything I said, this is my go-to place to shop. It's easy to navigate and even if there are long lines they do their best to open more lanes so you don't have to wait so long. I do recommend this grocery store compared to other ones in the area. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! Went to pick up cream for my coffee and was told they no longer offer plastic bags. But I could purchase paper bags for 10 cents! This is very poor customer service. Giant Eagle is at the level of Save a lot or Aldi. I will never shop at Giant Eagle again! When I go to Heinens, where I buy my neat, they always ask me, "paper or plastic". There is no charge for paper. Most importantly, I did have over $150 of groceries to buy later in day. I decided to make the 28 min drive to Avon to shop at Meijer. I love Meijer! even though it is a little out of the way. The employees are great, very helpful, always smiling. Most importantly, Meijer currently has no plans to eliminate plastic bags. They are very customer focused. Sorry, I refuse to spend my hard earned money where grumpy employees work. I also refuse to shop at any grocery store where they tell you to either purchase bags or bring your own. Plus the prices at Giant Eagle are higher than Meijer. What reason is there to shop Giant Eagle. I can't until Meijer opens up on Pleasant Valley and Broadview road. read more

Came here for a quick lunch today and grabbed a salad with my co-workers. The Kitchen was not really busy at all but all of the tables which were empty were dirty. I wiped our table off with a wet paper towel and it was black. The soda area also was in need of being cleaned. The drain was also clogged in the soda machine, and the outside of the garbage cans were also filthy. Just needs some regular TLC. read more

I ordered cake from them in February. I ordered hello kitty cassata cake for my daughter. They gave me a generic flower cake. However, i was charged for character cake! Then last weekend, i ordered spider man cake for my sons party and they gave me plane white cake with nothing on it. When i spoke to the manager i was told thy didnt have the kit. So no phone call or anything to tell me either! My son had a meltdown and i had to call local bakery's to find a spiderman cake. Supper annoyed with them! Worst experience first thing in morning on New Years Day . Not any produce at all. Employee when asked are they going to put anything out very standoffish. Said yes but offended for being asked. Ask bakery if they had and pumpernickel or french bread answer no haven't baked any yet. This was 8:30 in the morning. Store very unorganized. Mt husband quit shopping this location after repeated spoiled food still on shelf. I gave it benefit if doubt and went myself. It confirmed right decision. My husband called corporate last year and they pawned it off on the manager to call him. The manager was not really very caring about customer experience. This store is sadly mismanaged. giant eagle. open 24 hours. why is that important? when you get home from saturday night and *have* to bake, but don't have all the ingredients. 24 hour giant eagle to the rescue. it's huge, and they have a lot. however, i bake things with weird ingredients in them. and they don't always have things like new mexico medium ground chile or dutch process cocoa. when i've been here during normal people hours, it's packed. when you need to find something, employees are quick to find out if they don't know the answer. but saturday night midnight shopping experiences? well, it's an experience. let's just say that. and empty. so if you don't like crowds, saturday night at 12:30 is your time, man. but at least it's open for those random "must bake" moments. and no, my name is not izzy stevens. read more

This poor Giant Eagle sits all by itself now that pretty much every other store in this plaza has closed! This is a huge GE but it is hard to navigate around if you just need to pop in and grab a few items like I normally need to do when I'm in this area. read more

Love this Giant Eagle! They have a great rotisserie chicken as well as fried chicken. The store is clean and easy to get around.

Pretty standard Giant Eagle. Service is usually great and the lines move generally quick. Parking is fine too. I like that they have a Greater CLeveland Food Bank fundraiser during Harvest for Hunger. That's awesome. And they're unionized too. Gotta love that. My only gripe is that they only have farm raised salmon and no bison meat :( And who doesn't love fuel perks? read more
