I have been to Mas y Menos 4 or 5 times now, and every time I hope that my experience will be better than the last but, sadly, it disappoints every time. The Pros: The space is spacious and bright, the ambiance is nice, they have free WiFi. Nice work space. The Cons: Every coffee I've ordered (usually a cappuccino) has been almost undrinkable. Acidic with an unpleasant aftertaste. Ordered a matcha last time instead, which was a better choice. The service has been disappointing. Every. Damn. Time. The place has never been full, but at each visit I've been kept waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. One time my husband and I went only for a glass of wine and were kept waiting 20 minutes for the person behind the counter to pour the wine. Went again yesterday. Friends who arrived and ordered before I did were kept waiting for their sandwich longer than I waited for mine. When my avocado toast was served, the toast was cold. Really hope that the owner(s) see this message and do something to make improvements. If the service, and the quality of the coffee and food were better, I would be here all the time, given that I live just up the road. As it is, I stop in about once every six months hoping for a better experience, but that hasn't happened yet.
