I sent him an email asking if he was able to do a 5 unit. He responded back saying yes and that my email had gone to spam but he should have that resolved. I sent over my email with a deal i need to get done. I didnt' hear anything back by 7:30 that same night. When I got into the office this morning, I still had not. So i reached out by telephone. The system rang, played some music, and then hung up. A minute later I got a ring on my phone. It was Cameron and this is where the rudeness started. To make this long story short, Informed him the system wouldn't let me leave a message and I had emailed. He informed me that they are just really busy, never said they weren't or my deal was first in line. I just wanted to make sure he say it. Most professional email back that the loan was received. Then changed his story to state he did email me back (he didn't). He had a snarky attitude the whole time and just not someone I would ever recommend to work with. I have been in sales a long long time. When I asked to speak to a manager, Cameron, passed me off to a coworker who then tried to say they were management. Finally he said they were a meeting for pipeline review with processors. We will see if I hear back. Just based on this alone, I wouldn't recommend, but i am not seeing amazing ratings recently either. So maybe it is a sign.
