They even have an impressive shoe department that doesn't only have sports shoes and hiking boots, but work shoes and boots as well. The full firearm counter and great selection of fishing supplies keeps me coming back. I also buy my work boots there. The boots are as good as they get and the price is even better. Make sure and get on their email list for lots of great specials in addition to their regular ads. There are larger sporting good stores in Provo but Big 5 is home town themed and their service is top notch. Their staff is well trained and knowledgeable and the store manager will bend over backwards to help you with whatever you need.

Came here with some family members to go Tubing. Pretty laid back company that was ran by younger…read morekids. They do a pretty good job with taking care of customers. They supply life jackets and a ride up river for $18 a head. Once in the river you float about an hour & half back to their base. This time of year the river is basically a shallow canal. They call it the Lazy River Float and that's what you get. Fun for younger members and relaxing for the rest. We had a good time and we had about 25 others that seemed to echo our experience too. Tubes & Life Jackets were in good condition. They have a raft trip that goes also. Zip line & endurance course too. You can rent UTV's too.

She was good to give us directions and she she even inflated a tube by mouth so my wife could have the tube she wanted. The trip was fun and it was very reasonable price. Their customer service is absolute garbage. They shipped me a defective avalanche airbag inflation…read morecylinder. The head of the cylinder would not unscrew which makes the cylinder unusable. I contacted the manufacturer of the cylinder since they obviously know more about their own product than a retailer like SnowBigDeal. The manufacturer had some suggestions of how to dislodge the head of the cylinder. I took their suggestions and was still unable to get the head unscrewed. During this process minor scuff marks developed on a portion of the cylinder head. I returned the product to SnowBigDeal and they refused to give me a full refund, claiming I destroyed the cylinder. Their customer service agent, if you can call this person that, called me a liar and claimed the cylinder head was easily unscrewed, repeatedly patronized me in emails, and ultimately refused to help in any way. Clearly, I have nothing better to do with my time than buy avalanche airbag cylinders, destroy them and return them for a refund. This is a small company. You would think they would pride themselves on service, but instead they abandon their customers and alienate them. If something goes wrong, don't expect help. I would avoid these people at all costs. Also disregard the rebuttal that I'm sure their "customer service" Department will post below. It will undoubtedly be full of lies and nonsense.
