If this is the level of maturity, judgment, and customer service coming from the staff here, there is no chance I would trust these people anywhere near my wife with needles. Mocking and insulting a customer over a completely normal comfort preference is beyond inappropriate. It was rude, dismissive, and incredibly unprofessional. This place managed to lose our business within minutes of a phone call. Based on that interaction alone, I would strongly question the professionalism and judgment of the staff working here.
