I am so furious…read moreand currently in the process of getting my charge disputed that this place wouldn't refund me!! Unfortunately I made the mistake of not getting a receipt.... I live an hour away from this place and was in town to visit my family and didn't realize I was over charged by almost double... I tried calling several times and no answer so 10 days later I finally was able to get off work and drive back down there only to find out the manager wasn't in. I left my information and the transaction number, amount, date... everything they needed to pull my charge up and see I only purchased $15 at the most but my charge was $30. I called today because they said a manager would reach out to me but it's been 2 weeks now and no one has called me.. The MANAGER argued with me and said it's my own fault for not getting a receipt and waiting 2 weeks.. I couldn't believe what I was hearing and proceeded to tell him they were being fraudulent at this point and not even trying to help me and he said I could take him to court and hung up on me... Seriously rudest customer service and no knowledge in how a company should properly be ran especially when situations happen.
