I've been a loyal customer here for over a year, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. I handed the cashier $40 for a total of $23, but she only gave me $2 back, insisting that I had only given her $25. I know for certain what I handed her, and when I asked them to review the cameras, they initially refused until I contacted the police to come out. When they finally did show me footage, they only showed an angle where the cashier was blocked by a pole. There was a camera almost directly above us that would have clearly shown the transaction, but they refused to show that video and the officer said he couldn't force them to show the video. When I asked for a manager, the foreign man at the window told me he did not know who the manager was and refused to provide any information. This isn't just a simple mistake -- it feels like dishonesty and a lack of accountability. I've supported this business for over a year, but after this experience, I no longer trust how they treat their customers.

There's not a huge assortment of goods here, but they have your basics covered and you're not going to leave here with anything of poor quality. You'll spend a few extra bucks on the essentials; Maker's Mark, Fireball, Deep Eddy Vodka. The little wine cellar is really pretty and cozy, but don't come looking for bottles under $10 -- you're looking at $15 and up. And it's for the best, of course! I found some really lovely and not-so-common bottles of cab that I can't wait to buy more of. Nice sized walk-in cooler/beer cave/whatever you want to call it that has a pretty stellar variety for such a tiny store. The staff is great. Their prices are a little bit higher than other spots and their location is a little sketchy, but they do have some great deals and I was able to walk out with some whiskey, three large shots of fireball, and a large can of spiked seltzer for $20?!? Where else can this happen?!? It is right by my work too, which makes it super convenient to pop by and grab something when I've had a long day. They also have a great beer and wine selection and the lady at the counter was cordial and recommended the pineapple infused whiskey I selected, which turned out to be amazing!! I went in to purchase Tito's and Sutter Home Chardonnay, when I…read moregot home, I noticed that the Chardonnay was very dark in color, which is not normal, the usual color is very light. I took it right back to the store to see if I can exchange it, I let the cashier know what was going on, and I did not feel safe drinking it, she stated there is nothing they can do, no exchange. I went back to the wine section to see if they had any to compare, come to find out all the Sutter Home Chardonnay 4pk they had was dark in color, all expired, the Tito's vodka was watered down!! SAD!! I went to my regular liquor store to ask them if they exchange bottles that are bad and showed him what I purchased. Come to find out, Liq-Q-Rama changed management and changed policies. I would never recommend this store, they are selling expired liquor. If I would have drank that and got sick, I would sue the hell out of them!! Be aware!!
