Mike, his PA was also highly competent. Everyone was proficient in their area and also extremely kind when answering what I'm sure were my silly questions. Dr. Kennon went out of his way to explain what would happen on the day of surgery and even called me the night before surgery. The surgery itself was highly successful. My daughter who has been a patient here in the past called to schedule a follow up after being seen…read moreat an urgent care and told she had a sprained finger that was infected. After a few days of phone tag with the office, she made contact on a Tuesday morning and explained that over the past few days her finger continued to swell and on that day the finger had opened in 2 places and was leaking puss and blood. She was given an appt for 13 days later so she explained that she couldn't wait that long and repeated what was happening. She was told they would call her back which we interpreted as them trying to give her an earlier appt. After 2 hours wth no call back we went to an ortho that also has urgent care hours. Despite us not going during walk in hours they saw the condition of her finger, established her as a new patient and saw her right away. Her finger was badly infected and they scheduled emergency surgery for the next morning. My daughter finally got a call back 3 days later from NOSS and when she told them what happened, the response was "so you don't need an appointment?". A simple apology for the delay or some concern would have gone a long way.

This group is professional, caring, and friendly people who do a hard job seeing people in pain, injured daily. These activities are simple but help to strengthen your body. I thank these beautiful ladies, Ann, nicole,nyshay, and my favorite lourdes are great therapists. No matter which person you see.. they follow your program. Have your Doctor or job call and setup to visit. You will feel better after the sessions. And if you come in painful they will make you laugh and forget your pain for awhile.. that is good people. Dr. Beauvais, on separate occasions, has operated on two of my fingers for what they call "trigger…read morefinger" & on my wrist. He did an amazing job on all! After my wrist operation, I didn't have any feeling in that area. He explained how he had to move the nerve over to operate & that was causing the lack of feeling in that area. It took a while for the nerve to get back to normal, but in the meantime, Dr. B continued to see me & follow up with the issue until all was well again. AND I just have to mention that his suturing (stitching) is amazing! I have VERY minimal scaring; you can't really see the stitches!

His arrogance and lack of concern was obvious from the very first visit. An injury should be treated as an injury regardless of it's severity, yet this guy seems to have better things to do. One of my visits lasted 8 minutes.. 8 minutes! That's including the wait time in his office. Do yourself and your insurance company a favor and avoid this joker!
