I went in today 10/23/25 for my first appointment I got to the office at 8:33am after having issues finding the office which I told to the 3 receptionist (Hallie, Brianne and Laura)who immediately started being upset that I was late. My appointment was for 8:40am they then said they don't think I can be seen dispute it still being before my appointment time due to me not coming in with the paperwork filled out. I was told the paperwork would be mailed to me prior to this 1st appointment, which did not happen and I told them this as well and they act like I was lying. Laura the receptionist said she had to ask the doctor if she will still see me but she didn't think they would. She then started to go to the back office I then asked her for the contact information for corporate because this was just crazy and did not sound like a policy. So I asked for a copy of this policy. I waited until 8:55am when the office manager Latoya came out and I spoke with her telling her most of the issues along with the way I saw them treat different patients. Example- Another patient came in and didn't complete her paperwork and she was told she can see the doctor and bring the paperwork back before she leaves. I was then told to return to the waiting room until she sees if the doctor can still see me. My appointment was scheduled with Dr. Hulinska. I sat in the waiting room until 10:24 am and went to the receptionist desk twice requesting them to call the office manager Latoya to see if I can be seen. At that time Laura the receptionist asked me for my Id and insurance card (which no one did from 8:33am when I arrived) I asked if I would be seen I was told probably. I then asked for the office manager Latoya so I can know if I'll be seen before giving them my insurance card and I'd. The office manager Latoya came out at 10:33am told me they can not see me today, and rescheduled my appointment today 11/7/25 at 1:40pm and handed me a copy of the no show policy which she was trying to use to justify why I can't be seen for me appointment today. I told her this isn't correct because I didn't miss my appointment I am here. Latoya the office manger then became upset and told me I am antagonizing and confrontational due to me asking about the policy I was given. Latoya then became more upset when I said what they are doing is wrong to have me sitting all this time to then say they can't see me and give me a no show policy. Latoya then told me that maybe I should go to another office as she don't think they can't care for me there. I then said I never said that as I have not gotten out the waiting room so I asked if she is saying that she plans to cancel my rescheduled appointment on 11/7/25 at 1:40pm she said no. I then requested a copy of my current appointment that I was told by Latonya that they canceled and she went through the roof and said no she can't give that to me as it's their document as I am not a patient. I was then told by Latoya the office manager that she will have me removed from the waiting area and that she was going to cancel my rescheduled appointment, which she then did. Latonya then proceeded to call 911 at 10:33am and told them that I was a threat because I took her picture. Officers came and I told them what happened Latonya spoke to them in the back and I asked for a case number. Someone needs to look into this so call practice they are horrible, rude, unprofessional, nasty, and don't follow any kind of policy that they can't give to you in black and white. I warn everyone stay away from them they will do more harm. Please look at the reviews I wish I did before I went to the office. My daughter who has been a patient here in the past called to schedule a follow up after being seen…read moreat an urgent care and told she had a sprained finger that was infected. After a few days of phone tag with the office, she made contact on a Tuesday morning and explained that over the past few days her finger continued to swell and on that day the finger had opened in 2 places and was leaking puss and blood. She was given an appt for 13 days later so she explained that she couldn't wait that long and repeated what was happening. She was told they would call her back which we interpreted as them trying to give her an earlier appt. After 2 hours wth no call back we went to an ortho that also has urgent care hours. Despite us not going during walk in hours they saw the condition of her finger, established her as a new patient and saw her right away. Her finger was badly infected and they scheduled emergency surgery for the next morning. My daughter finally got a call back 3 days later from NOSS and when she told them what happened, the response was "so you don't need an appointment?". A simple apology for the delay or some concern would have gone a long way.

Doctors are great, assistants are nice and some other personnel are ok. As for NOSS, the company…read morethemselves, they are unorganized, lack communication and back out of agreements easily. They are money driven, not people's care driven. Billing doesn't communicate with the offices, so you will be harassed every time you go and sent to billing to argue the agreement or what your insurance said. They tell you if you don't pay, even at the times I wasn't supposed to pay anything, they will not see me. I had to call my attorney just about everytime I was there. They also collect co-pays for follow-ups of surgeries and procedures when they know they shouldn't and for certain testing. I have to stay on top of my charges and current visits. I tell them the insurance says no co-pay when stitches are to be taken out and go to billing to tell them and then they confirm with the office so I will be seen. They should know this! I am late for all of my visits because of this continual problem. They have a lot of different offices in the same building. I see different doctors for different things. Billing and it's manager always promises to fix the harassment issue, but it has been going on for 8 months! Then I pay my current co-pays and they apply them to monies held on an LOP and then tell me that I owe the current date. As for LOP's, they back out of them when you go for a visit and that's how you find out. They change their policy and they don't notify you in writing prior. Also, some of the testing I had done was because my attorney said it should be done, not because somebody thought it should be done. One of the tests, was supposed to be scheduled and then a month goes by and I still didn't get a call. I tell them I didn't get a call to schedule and they say, we sent an email to them. I ask, don't you follow up? So somehow it fell through the cracks. So the testing got put off for months which ended up making it clear I needed surgery which made the surgery be put off. I've had to play accountant, insurance claims and scheduler since dealing with this company. If it wasn't for the doctors, I would never go here. This is the worst experience I've ever had with any medical company. Thank God I have attorneys that know about medical, or I would never have found out some real medical issues from an accident. If NOSS could be replaced, then it would be a good place to go for medical treatment.

There haven't been many times throughout my life that a Doctors office have given me or my family…read moresuch wonderful treatment. We had an appointment that I missed bc I woke up late, I called to see if they would still see us unfortunately the Dr. Was tightly booked but I was able to get an appointment with the APRN (his nurse-Debi) just a few hours later she was attentive kind concerned and explained everything, that my son who's 17 is going thru bc of his ear infections. A condition he has had since birth. This is our 1st time with this Dr. And wished we had him years ago. He was given a hearing test, Ears checked through a microscope and that's how this visit was everything for me felt like it was done using a microscope. I'd also like to mention Terry the nurse she was the exact same way with my son. Concerned and patient in talking with us. I know there's not a better Dr. Specialist office out there! If you are lucky to have an appointment with them u will understand why I praise these 2 ladies the way I have.
