Each time I went there they had me do a few extremely basic body movements for about 20 minutes or so and then rushed me out of there (to the cashier of course). I canceled my further appointments after a couple sessions only to be surprised by an additional bill that was sent to me because they realized they "under charged me". I basically threw away money by going there and got absolutely nothing out of it. I would never recommend them.
