I saw the single 1 star review on here and felt that I should add my own review and personal experience at this location. The entire staff here has been more than accommodating to my needs. I am greeted by name every time I arrive by the receptionists, as well as acknowledged when I leave. My main physical therapist is amazing when it comes to how he carries himself at work and the same goes for my PTA. They have helped with the mental aspect of all of this and boosted my confidence along the way, showing me that my injuries limitations isn't just physical. I appreciate every aspect of this business and the people employed here. Also, it's amazing there is a place for a pho bowl after my PT sessions!

Last year I went to a different group where I rarely had the same therapist. I was in a large room with no privacy and often left without guidance or attention. This does not happen with Dominic. Because of insurance I had not seen him for many years. It got to the point where I didn't care if I had to pay out of pocket so I returned to the group and Physical Therapist who had helped me after several surgeries. At this place you get care from the same person each time so you don't have to explain what is going on with a new person all the time. There are public and private rooms which makes the experience more comfortable. Dominic knows what he is doing. I don't feel like he is giving me a cookie cutter plan. He really listens. He has been able to help me figure out where some really awful pain was originating from and addressing it properly. He watches and is attentive for each session as opposed to other places where a therapist had more than one patient at a time and often didn't remember what you were supposed to be there for. I am so lucky to be back in his care. My pain level has significantly decreased and I am able to increase and resume activities I thought might be lost to me forever. I am also grateful that they are now taking my insurance plan. I don't worry that I may actually get injured by my physical therapy as had happened several times in the past with other places. It is so nice to trust the person you are working with. This is the first time in many years that I have hope for leading a less painful life and resuming things that broke my heart to give up. It was so light that I couldn't even feel it. That was it. No exercises no guidance on stretching or anything. So I decided to take my therapy to a place where I could get real help . After not booking any more appointments with dynamic health I had to ask them to stop calling me to reschedule more appointments- I explained that I was not getting any relief from someone lightly laying a finger on my arm/ my arm I'm talking not even my rotator cuff area. I was told what they were doing was holistic medicine. It was not effective at all...it was a waste of time and money. The was no work out equipment here or anything. It seemed like a complete scam. Today I had my first visit with Sports Medicine in Avon on Dale road & it was amazing!!!! The woman spent a hour and a half with me evaluating me , giving me heat and deep tissue massages. She then worked with me on exercises and stretching to increase my strength, flexibility and range. If you are looking for serious rehabilitative therapy I would avoid Dynamic Health .

Then, the person makes a tentative appointment and says someone will call to get the insurance information and confirm. So I asked what if nobody calls. She said don't worry because they don't charge for missed appointments. I found that to be unusually good service so I confirmed it. She said that she knows other places do that, but they don't do it there. Then, days went by and nobody called. Then suddenly I received a text saying I had an appointment the next day, and to reply to confirm, and that if I miss my appointment, I'll be charged! This was so rude! And the opposite of what the person I talked to said. So I texted back saying that I don't have an appointment. I received a response saying they don't receive incoming texts! So they texted me asking for a response, but they don't receive responses! So I had to call to cancel the appointment that I didn't have! Then another long wait on hold. Then the person told me they do charge for missed appointments, and the previous representative gave me incorrect information. So I asked who the person was who scheduled an appointment that I didn't make, and gave me incorrect information. She said they don't know who she was. They don't have records of that! Then she kept asking me if I want to keep my appointment, after I repeatedly told her that I don't have one, and can't come at that time. She kept repeating the same question. Finally I hung up. Giovanna, the "holds it all together person," is very competent and attentive to the details of the entire operation. The therapists - Brian, Glen and Jamie are professional, friendly and have good senses of humor. As a result, I have looked forward to my sessions and did not feel in any way that they were a chore I had to endure. I have never been able to describe therapy as fun, but that is what my sessions were. I have benefited tremendously from their treatments. I improved, not only in original script for treatment, but additionally am enjoying the benefits of the unexpected improvements. I introduced to different therapy modalities I had not experienced before and was impressed at their creativity in the challenges they used to keep me progressing well without being subjected to challenges they didn't think I could handle. He acknowledged to me he was angry & frustrated with me for lack of progress and this was utterly shocking. He was verbally abusive & humiliated me in front of entire room of staff and patients. Privacy and hippa also not respected here and you will be expected to bare your body in front of whole room with no privacy. They get angry when you request to not expose self to room (ie. private room that they do have) The office management was completely unprofessional in their lack of handling the incidents that occurred. I do not recommend this facility , as their mistreatment was harmful to me
