My first pair of orthodics from Stride were amazing. I paid $500 for a second pair using the same…read moremold. The second pair cause me pain. When I compared the second pair to the first pair the arch profile is different. I brought them in to another orthodics provider and he validated what I am seeing. I believe the second pair was made off someone else's mold. I have tried calling 3 times asking for someone to call me back and I have had no luck. I am now out $500 and I have a lovely pair of orthodics that I cannot use.
