Dr Koganski had truly changed my life. I am a thyroid cancer survivor, and i also suffer from…read moremultiple autoimmune diseases (Hashimoto, Rheumatoid Arthritis, etc..). I committed myself to following all of his dietary and lifestyle changes about a year ago. Since then, my thyroid medication is properly regulated and it's dropped from 175mg to 117mg. I am currently pain free, and on no prescription medications for any of my autoimmune diseases. My hair is growing back and is the fullest it's ever been. My brain fog, anxiety and chronic fatigue have all been been drastically improved. I have since been able to fire my endocrinologist and rheumatologist. I've also lost 45lbs in less then a year, without very little effort. I couldn't disagree more with previous review left on yelp. Dr K cares so much for his patients and it really shows. Anything that i need, he is always there. I've never had a doctor who is so attentive. He actually listens to how i feel. I've texted and called his personal cell phone many times. The cost of the concierge program is minimal for the gift that he has given me: my health! My husband and I live over an hour away and Dr K is still always there for me when i need him. Newtown Internal Medicine is a life saver for anyone struggling to find proper care for autoimmune disease. Having such a great support system with Dr K and his team, holistic healing is possible. I am finally working to heal my own body, instead of just masking symptoms with pharmaceuticals.

Buyer (patient) BEWARE. This doctor is all about the money! My dispute is over a $95 bill. I became…read morea patient of Dr. Val Koganski who operates a holistic practice, Newtown Internal Medicine located in Langhorne, PA. I paid $600 for my initial consultation with him which was no more than an hour. He then prescribed supplements totaling more than $375. The following week, I had a question regarding the pain management method that he prescribed. I phoned into his office, a receptionist picked up the phone. I told her "I have a question for the doctor" and she replied, "so you'd like to do a telehealth with the doctor". I replied, "no I would not, I simply have a question. Can you relay a message to him?" She places me in hold, and after a few seconds passed, the doctor picked up the phone. So we discussed the issue for about 3 or 4 minutes of telephone time. After a few weeks, I received a bill in the mail for $95. I called the office and stated, "I'm not sure why I am received a $95 bill", and the woman on the phone replied, "because you did a telehealth with the doctor". I replied, "I did not do a tele-health and quite frankly, I specifically declined a tele-health, but simply had a question for the doctor and was only on the phone maybe 3 or 4 minutes. Nobody told me that there was going to be a charge for asking a question over the phone." After calling me a few times on this in the ensuing weeks, they threatened to send this faulty charge to collections. I was outraged over how the doctor and his office staff handled this issue and felt it was a total injustice. Which leads to current day 3/8/2023. Low and behold, just about 3 years have passed, and just today I receive a phone call from a 'debt collector' and it is for this supposed $95 bill from Dr. Val Koganski of Newtown Internal Medicine. My first week or two of becoming his patient about 3 years ago, I paid the doctor almost $1,000 between consultation and supplements and then never actually received the treatment or care that I needed. No money was refunded to me and on top of that, they are still attempting to get $95 from me. A total outrage! Strongly recommend not attending this practice.

Had back surgery beginning of Dec 2025 and Dr Kepler and his team were great. However, I would not…read morerecommend Rothman to anyone needing FMLA paper work filled out. Rothman charges a $30 fee and then an additional $15 for the return to work firm. Rothman uses Jefferson University Hospital for surgery and I would just go directly to Jef. it's just a matter of principle that you would charge a fee for FMLA firms. Also Penn Mefucine does not charge a fee.

How did Rothman's Chalfont branch lose a patient 0f 3 years? Others, in a recent rating, viewed…read morethem as 1.72 stars, out of 5! BAD! Because of my unfavorable experience, I rate them as 1.50 stars. Their website states "that most customers are generally dissatisfied". It also comments that they have ".... mixed, often poor reviews regarding administrative services". True! Further, ".... patient complaints include long wait times & poor communications". Also true! My bad story follows: in Oct., 2025, I received proper knee shots for arthritic knees by Dr. Schroeder, who did an excellent job. As per practice, the nurse scheduled me for an appointment in 6 months. However, the appointment date was rescheduled 2 more times by Rothman, making the interval time 6 1/2 months in which my knees suffered during the "extra" 1/2 month. Consequently, I sent a complaint email to the President of Rothman on Apr. 14, 2026. although no reply was received from his staff, my visit on May 4th experienced retaliation by the Chalfont staff. First of all, I was not taken "in order of entry" following the Kiosk ap[plication. Next, D.O. Rosero, unlike all previous times in which I sat on the table with legs dangling, had me lay down which is also also a first time. Why? He then injected both knees in a method that has not been done before! That is, for my right knee, he did not inject the ORTHOVISC shot in the front, right side of the knee as before, but instead into the rear, right side of the knee. Why? Was the different shot method also retaliation? On May 11th the last of 3 consecutive weekly shots were administered by the D.O. and the right knee is still experiencing soreness, 10 days afterwards! I hope that such does not continue for the next 6 months, until the next shot is received. Anyway, a Rothman physician will NOT perform the service because I am going to go to another, non Rothman doctor for the shots.

For reasons unknown, MBO NEVER answers their phone. A recording claims "Your call is very…read moreimportant to us . . ." but that's clearly a lie. If you know the person you need to talk to, you can, with difficulty, reach their phone, and of course they won't answer either. So leave a voicemail, and I wish you the very best of luck. Generally, I don't get any response until I leave the third or fourth (increasingly irritated) voicemail. Example 1: I was in more pain than I had expected, and I called my doctor for some oxycodone, which he had offered previously. I had expected a call-back. Didn't happen. I had expected my pharmacy to fill the prescription within a day. Didn't happen, because THEY NEVER GOT THE ORDER! It took SIX DAYS and FOUR VOICEMAILS before the order was filled. Full disclosure: there was a weekend and a holiday intervening, but if MBO had reacted on the day I called, that wouldn't have been a factor. Example 2: I called to schedule surgery, asking for a particular week. (Per usual, no one answered the phone, and I had to leave a voicemail.) As it turned out, scheduling for that week wasn't available yet; it was too far in the future. Did I get a call-back, explaining the situation? Nope. All I got was ignored. So, not realizing the problem, I called again, and had to leave another voicemail. [wait . . . wait . . . wait . . . ] No call-back; I had been ignored again. Once more I called, and, uh . . . expressed my frustration. This time, I got a return call, and I had the common courtesy to answer my phone. [MBO, take note: actually answering a phone call is considered a GOOD thing.] The conversation did not go smoothly. If I had only gotten a return call after my very first voicemail, explaining that I was calling too early, all the ensuing mess would not have occurred. On the other hand, the actual medical care has been fine. The problem is entirely with the support staff, who seem to view patients as an intrusion into their very busy workday, to be ignored if possible, and barely tolerated otherwise.
