First off I know most of the people who have gone here have been helped. My purpose is to alert the…read morefew that may not have a great outcome from these pellets. The biggest problem is once they are in, you can't do anything to change that. So I have had the worst experience you could imagine. I do want to say that the staff for the most part were great. They do need to have an emergency call number if there is a problem. They also refunded my last pellets which was appreciated. So to get to what happened to me. The first pellets were initially put in beginning of September. I had barely any estrogen and testosterone I was told. I had an immediate burst in energy which lasted less than a month. I started getting hot flashes which I really didn't have before and by December my hair was falling out a lot and started getting acne! I started growing hair on my face and was losing muscle mass which still hasn't come back and is worse. I thought they would give me less testosterone but from what I understand was given about the same amount. Acne just got progressively worse. I mean boils around my neck and back of neck that hurt especially at 66/67. I never had pimples like that before. My face is now scarred especially around my chin and neck areas. Still breaking out. I also couldn't tolerate the DIMS that they recommended to take. My progesterone was reduced because I could barely function the next morning. It knocks me out. Also started to swell in my legs. Some of this happened after getting the second dose of pellets as my reason for taking them was to build up bone mass. I wanted to give them a chance and work out the kinks. I was also put on antibiotics for my skin which really didn't help much and I had to stop taking these as I was getting the worst pain across my abdomen and down the sides of my legs. That pain went on for 2 1/2 weeks and I was told by my Dr. I had an intestinal infection. That is not what it was at all. Since by then it was now March and the pain was getting worse. Everything I ate or took felt like it was making it worse. I wasn't sleeping and could barely eat and by then for only 3 days I stopped the progesterone and everything else I was taking supplement wise. Then between a Friday night and Early Saturday morning I woke up and felt no pain at all but my bed was wet! I got up and was covered in blood! My bed was soaked and it was pouring out of me and nothing like any period I ever had! My biggest issue was they have no number to call on the weekend. My poor younger son had to help me and drive to the hospital to get pads! Because in the middle of the night no one is open. It was scary, a mess and a nightmare. So to make matters worse I had to take more progesterone then I was and back to being exhausted. Between the amount of blood I lost and the progesterone I barely could work! So now at 66 I was having to buy pads. This went on 18 days and finally stopped. Still breaking out and have lost half my head hair and skin is so dry. I apparently can't take testosterone. It made me have extreme anxiety and irritable which wasn't like me at all. Some days I felt like I could knock someone out. I have not been pleasant to be around and as of now finally am starting to feel like myself. I am going to have to go back to my old Gynecologist and will just go back to taking pills and or a patch. Pellets for me were just too much and really wish I hadn't done it at all. If I had to do it over again with what I know now would have requested the lowest dose to start with. I really think it was too much for my body to adjust to. To address the getting back to me issue- what happened was on a weekend and I called left a message. Peggy got back to me but given the amount of blood lost and the situation in general NO I wasn't called back right away. In fact not until a week from when it happened. Per my response that they need someone to contact in emergencies. Anyone else in their right mind would have gone to the hospital. I ended up bleeding again although not nearly as much as before. Once more after this for 3 days! An update after seeing my gynecologist I have to get an Endometrial Biopsy to check for Cancer and found out today I also had a bad Pap smear and have to get a Colposcopy. My point is to warn women that there are risks. My skin is still a mess and honestly if I had researched more would not have done the pellets at all. The progesterone I have since found out I am allergic to as it is made with peanuts and have bovine gelatin in them. There are less invasive treatments that you have more control over with bio identical animal free creams.

The loveliest staff, .... helpful, thorough, and patient! Looking so forward to seeing results…read morefrom my bio-identical pellets.... all women need this information to make informed decisions about their daily health!

She was warm, welcoming, (she was super nice to my toddler where as another ultrasound place was annoyed I brought her) she worked around my schedule to fit me in. She was very knowledgeable and calming during it. They also had the best prices in this area. For my first 3d scan my son was hiding his face so she let us come back and didn't charge. Definitely recommend this place.

My husband said maybe they're in the back doing their morning routine, we were still early. We waited another 5 minutes, went back to the car and waited until 10:05. Walked up to the door, still locked, I called, no answer. I left a voicemail and have yet to receive a response. I called another 3D imaging place, that I have good experiences with, and she mentioned that this is the third time in a few weeks they've had calls from this place asking if they could accommodate mother's. That's pretty sad. If there is an issue that the tech couldn't be there, I understand, and an email or phone call would have been fine. But my husband took off from work so we could go to this appointment and we received no notification of cancellation.
