I brought them my 17-year-old Lexus LS 600h, which had definitely seen better days. The paint was peeling on the roof rail, and there were dings and scratches on the hood, roof, moldings, and side panels, years of wear showing loud and clear. I also needed the moonroof hatch removed and restored, the color perfectly matched, clear coated, sanded, and buffed. What I got back looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. I'm talking jaw dropping, head turning, impossibly pristine. The paint match was flawless. The finish is like glass. They even restored and clear coated my headlights, which had yellowed with age. Now they're crystal clear and brighter than ever. Every scratch, every imperfection, gone. They didn't just restore the car, they RESURRECTED it. But what really sets Haven apart is the care. We were initially quoted $700 for the work based on the pictures I sent, and after a phone call when I explained the issues, he said give or take $200 more, but in the end, we had to pay $1,500 (plus a $100 tip). Dino explained that this was because there was some work needed that wasn't visible in the photos I sent. It might still be a good price overall compared to what I'll pay at the body shop, but for other potential buyers, just make sure you send all the photos of the things that need repairing so that you don't get surprised by the end cost.
