They came highly recommended by a friend, and they did not disappoint. It brings such peace of mind and joy in my heart knowing my great-grandmother is in good hands. With only 6 hours till mom was coming home, Cari told me all the supplies needed, where to go get them including the bedding that hospice failed to tell me we needed! She was invaluable to me and because of her we had caregivers for mom at the last minute!!!! Mom came home to soft bedding so she could be comfortable and she was so happy!!!! The supplies that were included with hospice arrived after mom passed so I donated them to Moms Home Care and finally got to meet Cari in person and give her so many hugs!!! Thank you again Cari!!!

After numerous care agencies, we finally found the perfect fit for my grandfather. Stephanie and…read moreher team are now taking such great care of him and are also putting myself and my family's mind at ease. We had never dealt with Alzheimer's before and truly had no idea what we were in for. My grandmother is still very attached to her husband so having him live in a care facility would not work. However the situation at home quickly became unsafe for her (and a strain on us the family who tried to be there as much as we could). We tried a few other agencies but they were either no shows (or always running late) or lacked in skill and education to keep my grandfather well taken care of. From the moment we picked up the phone and spoke directly with Stephanie, a weight was lifted. She knows what she's talking about and she was able to place us with the perfect team member (who my grandfather loves!). Also it allows my grandmother to continue living with him as well as living her own life. Stephanie is amazing and so kind and patient as she takes her time explaining everything to us. We truly consider ourselves lucky to have been recommended this company.

She is an incredibly detail oriented individual who truly cares about her clients. It is obvious that she got into the business because she genuinely enjoys helping elderly people. Plus she is great at it! I love that when I talk to her I can tell she is really listening to me and that she "gets" everything that I'm saying. Additionally I fell like her team of licensed caregivers can handle anything. They do basic caregiving work like cooking and driving and medication reminders but also more advanced stuff like taking care of people in wheelchairs or people who have Alzheimer's disease. Stephanie and her team should be your go-to for high quality in-home care services in the South Bay. Just give her a call and you'll see what I mean.

I reached out to several caregivers' services to try to secure the best home care for mom. I spoke with Markeith McCrew, who was very professional, kind, and showed sincere care for mom and our family's needs. I was very impressed with Markeith's approach to our needs. Most of the services I interviewed all charge the same price per hour, yet Markeith made the difference in our decision. We started with 12 hours a day but slowly graduated to full 24 hr care. Crystal and Salud in the office are also very professional, kind, and efficient when issues arise or scheduling changes are needed. I get a monthly schedule, so I am fully aware of who is on duty each shift. The communication is very good, and if a caregiver is unable to make a workshift, the other team members at comfort keepers strive hard to find a replacement ASAP and keep me informed of progress. The caregivers are very good, and I must praise Kiara, Katherine, Lisa, Veronica, Ayotunde, and Jasmine for their efforts as carrgiving requires special people with big hearts as well as tender compassion and experience. Markeith also has been instrumental in ensuring that the required tasks are completed on each shift and also provides training to the caregivers as needed. The caregivers have become a part of our family, and we certainly appreciate the positive efforts and growth as we move forward. Highly recommended
