He handles all my lawn maintenance needs for those properties, but he also tackles a lot of other tasks for me as well. Over the summer he went the extra mile to make my yard look amazing. It was a complete disaster, a real jungle! He came through and handled everything, cleaning up all the overgrown plants and making it look Fantastic! He also took care of trimming back a lot of overgrown ornamental shrubs on one of my rental properties. He designed and put in a really nice-sized planting that looks absolutely amazing and really added a lot of visual appeal to both the front and side yards. If you're looking for someone who is incredibly talented with his hands, has an amazing eye for detail, and consistently delivers the results, this is definitely the guy you should consider :)

Best of all he is a small, local business. I am always happy to support local, especially those who go above-and-beyond to ensure that their customers are happy. We had Yanni complete a spring cleanup which included ridding our yard of leaves, sticks, and debris that had built up on our grass and in the mulch beds throughout the winter. Additionally, Yanni mulched and edged our many beds and trees (over 13 cubic yards worth of mulch) and trimmed our shrubs. He completed the job in a timely manner and the final product looks great. I would recommend Yanni to anyone looking for a hardworking, local businessman who will deliver on his promised work product. We will be using Yanni again!
