Premium Waterproofing came out due to sump pump concerns & sump pump drain! Our pump was going off…read moreevery 3 to 15 seconds and the side of our home was soaked in water! It was a mud path! They were recommended to us by a close friend who also has sump pump drain trenched. After a quick phone call, Brent came out to the house to provide a free estimate. He was professional, friendly, explained his recommendations, and sent me an estimate via email the very next day. It was a reasonable price for the work that was completed too! The team of 2 came out in blazing heat! They were very nice, knowledgeable, and asked their questions to be before completing the job. It took the whole day to complete trench for the drain connection, but it was completed & sump pump is no longer going off every 3 seconds! One of the team members came back per my request due to noticed water leakage on one side of the basement. He took out the dryway, only what was necessary to seal a huge crack in the foundation. Now, they do not do dry wall, but I was informed of this before anything was done! It was suggested to wait a bit before calling someone to do the drywall just to make sure no more water leaks through. As of now, nothing! Yay! We are very pleased with their work and if needed, would call them again!
