In short, I am very happy with my patio. The pavers look nearly new and when water hits the patio, the water beads off the surface and runs away from the house. The surface is not slippery at all. He stopped by to make sure the shingles he used would match. Came back a few days later and took care of everything. The jobs was a little larger than my estimate of 6 or 7 but he stayed with the same price. He also gave me the inspection of the roof that probably should have been caught when the house was purchased. The price was very reasonable. Best money I have spent during 2020. We searched the internet and found Anthony and American Floor Coatings. Well, we should have waited those 2+ months, because it's been nothing but problems with this floor. Anthony installed our garage floor in spring 2019. The top coating was very runny and did not give a good coverage. In an effort to fix this, Anthony added an additional coat, but it only increased the puddling at the bottom of the step. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the finished result, but he refused to take any additional steps to remedy the situation. The next year, in early fall 2020, we noticed that the apron of the floor, which is exposed to the sunlight and weather, was yellowing. I called Anthony and he explained that they found out they did indeed use the wrong top coating product the previous year. He said he would add us to the schedule to come out and redo the apron with the correct product. After multiple attempts to schedule the work, he eventually got back to me, but it was too late to do the repairs due to the cold weather, so he said he would do it in the spring. I contacted him in the spring of 2021 and was told again that he would add us to the schedule. It is now August 2021 and we haven't heard from him since. In the meantime, the apron of our floor not only has yellowed, it is fully wearing away. We feel we should not have to hound Anthony to honor the lifetime guarantee of his product and service. Do not use American Floor Coatings. Terrible service.

There was a link that allowed me to film a quick video on my phone about my project and upload it. Within 15 minutes, I got a call from Clay at Brick Logik. Clay was the first person I talked to that genuinely seemed as excited about my project as I was. He spent a good 45 minutes with me on the phone that night talking thru options with no commitment at all on my end and wasn't pushy at all. That's when I knew I wanted to work with Clay and Brick Logik. After a lot of conversations and listening to my vision, Clay brought it to life and presented me several 3D renderings of his designs and brought my vision to life. We loved it! We ended up redoing a 2 level patio, put in a L shaped outdoor kitchen with grill, refrigerator, and bar. Added a gas fire pit and on top of it all, Clay was willing to work with me and install a custom fiberglass pergola from another vendor and helped coordinate that piece of the project. Clay and his team also added lots of accent lights throughout the kitchen and steps to really make it pop at night and helped with the outdoor entertainment system and electrical work. The Brick Logik installation team was also a pleasure to work with. Always very pleasant, cleaned up really good at the end of each day and always wanted to make sure than we were 100% happy with everything. To me, when picking a vendor to work on a big project with, finding a company that is great with communication/responsiveness and focused on quality work and making their client happy is what is most important to me. I never had an issue getting a hold of Clay or not getting a response back within a reasonable time frame. With that said, I can't recommend Clay and Brick Logik enough. G & M replaced our existing railing and added a new railing for the steps…read more They did a fantastic job! The railings were designed and fabricated exactly as we envisioned. Our stairs have a unique curve so the guys did the rough fabrication on site to make sure the curve matched perfectly. Unlike other (cheaper) vendors, G & M uses high quality materials and offers powder coating for a longer lasting finish (won't rust)! They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish, met the timeline they quoted and installed a great product. We are thrilled with the results and definitely recommend them.
