I filed a complaint with Jamel on Monday the 14th on the professionalism we received from our driver, eating and messing with his phone while hitting the curb at each turn and then missing the turn off to Blackhawk twice running us late for our dinner reservations along with the condition of the bus, he apologized and said he would get with his manager and owner and get back with me, I received no call and have a feeling I never was going to receive one just on his attitude he gave me when I called to check in, he started raising his voice when he made it clear that I was just trying to get my money back and that I should have taken care of this matter right on the spot, mind you I'm hosting a 60th birthday party with 14 friends and family at a casino, the experience of the bus issue was put on the back burner for a day so we can try to enjoy what fun there is left. I was scheduled for a trip on 5/14/2023 but was contacted a little over a week later & told by Brandon that the trip he suggested had to be cancelled for me due to hotel issues with confirmation. Again I could be scheduled for a trip on 6/1/2023. I didn't want to go during the summer which I repeatedly reiterated. I was booked for 6/1/2023 and a few days later I was told that trip also had to be cancelled for me for the same reason. I was again asked about the summer which I kept stating that I didn't want that timeframe because everyone wants to travel during summer. I had to contact Brandon & ask for my refund & was told I'd get a check in the mail in two to 3 weeks. I said that figures, you wasted my timeframe & now my money is being tied up. I paid with my debit card immediately because I was told I had to BUT then they are going to hang on to my money for 2 to 3 weeks, then send me a check??? I ended up booking through another company at $700 cheaper. I'll be leaving on 5/18/2023 coming back on 6/4/2022. All my tips are included.
