She coordinated transportation from the Punta Cana airport to the resort (and back when we left). She made reservations for spas, manicures, pedicures, beach cabanas, hair appointments; and stayed on top of the many changes the women in my family made (all the way up to the week of travel). I've called, emailed, and left messages on her voice mail, and in each case she responded within 24 hours. I've personally spoken with her concerning this trip and a misunderstanding "I" had with our travel plans. She called me and apologized for the misunderstanding, when in actuality it was my fault. She is a wonderful person to do business with and I'm already looking to our next trip through her travel agency. She has become my new travel agent and I live in NC. My husband and I gave him a rough itinerary of our plans, and he was able to find us a cruise, several very nice hotels at a good price in some of the best locations in each city we stayed, and very convenient flights to and from our destinations. He handled all of the back-end work and provided us with a packet with all of our confirmation numbers, hotel addresses and vouchers, and itineraries. We had to change plans last minute, and Kristi's recommendation for our honeymoon was absolutely magnificent. Very quickly, she pivoted our travel plans completely and had a brand new vacation ready for us within 1.5 months from leaving. We travelled to St. Lucia and stayed at Ladera Resort. It was the nicest place I've ever been. The resort and restaurant was incredible. Our room had a pool and didn't have a 4th wall, so we could enjoy the views of the Pitons from our bed! The quality of the service, food, etc. in a place that tropical is unmatched. It absolutely blew our expectations away. Kristi planned everything to the perfect detail and made it so easy for us.
