Of course, I thought she was Whitney. This is a bait and switch tactic that truly infuriates me. I needed someone really experienced. The haircut I received is the single worst haircut I have had in decades. I can do nothing with my hair, and I am headed to Mill Valley today, 3 weeks later, for another senior hair stylist appointment to fix Aliena's sub-par work. The blow dry I received also is in the running for the worst ever received. I went straight home after the appointment rather than do my errands bc I looked so terrible and my hair was still damp. Aliena is a nice person, but I am really upset that I did not get what I ordered, and on top of that, was deceived about the level of service I received.
