Once the tint came off my eyebrows, I realized half my brow was missing on both sides. For my lashes I needed to get them removed and redone as they were all glued together. I called Pink With Envy to let them know and they said their policy is to let them know within 24 hours. I have never complained about an establishment but this was an absolutely horrible experience. I highly recommend going elsewhere!

I told them multiple times to be gentle but even after they adjusted it was only tolerable.
