Welcome to the Carnegie Get Go - the local spot to fuel up your car as well as pick up beer, wine, or various food items. The fuel pumps are pretty standard and if this was a normal gas station, I'd have nothing to really say about it. But like I said, there are drinks for sale here, and the ability to pick up beer and wine is pretty fantastic! This place even carries 6 packs that are hard to find at most beer distributors. Food-wise there are rows of bagged snacks, a cold section with Giant Eagle sandwiches and meals, and a custom order station similar to Sheetz. While the food is usually good and the beer sales a great perk, the 3 star rating unfortunately comes because there are never enough people working here to keep things moving quickly. All of the staff are perfectly lovely and good at their job, but every time I visit here, there is only one open register and a line that practically crosses the building waiting to check out. This Get Go could seriously benefit from studying when people visit and adding staff to shifts accordingly. Despite the limited manpower, I'm a regular here and will continue to be so. Because this location is next to my kids dance school I've been here on numerous occasions just because of the convenience of it. But it has never really been a great experience. Staff seems like they are annoyed you ask them anything and if there are lines, it seems like it takes forever. The store is not well kept, especially the bathroom and parking lots. There is a small seating area both inside and outside but they are both usually littered with trash. All that being said, the one place we've never had an issue is the made to order food. Our orders were always accurate and made fresh. Not a well run location, but I will likely visit again just because of proximity. read more

First I could not use my card at the pump. The pump is still out of date you cannot use a card with a chip. I had to go to the little kiosk and pay. Well I had my little dog with me. My dog had to go pee so he went pee That's what a dog does when they're outside. The guy started flipping out because my dog peed on the property. Tell him he has nothing to sanitize that. I said it's a bottom of a trash can. I really wouldn't worry about it there's stuff along the whole trash can at the bottom. Then he begins to argue with me. Then he tells me not to let my dog pee on the property. Lmfao laugh my butt off there's people on the other side of the parking lot smoking blunts and 40s. But my dog can't pee on the property. I come to this Particular store have been since 2017 and one point even worked there during the pandemic!! on 6/12/2026 I stopped by with my Man which is a veteran I had called an uber while my friend was in test room so I grab my bag process to walk towards the check out and both of the women that were working basically attach me they said hey you are you not going to pay for the coffee I preceded to tell her the coffee belong to my friend which was in restroom And I said, He is a veteran and I'm under thee impression his coffee is free to all veterans ple correct me if I'm wrong!? so by this time my uber was outside the first lady with the blond hair was making nasty faces towards me and forgive me i made them right back the other lady started yelling at me saying it's only free for a year and proceed tell me I wasn't allow back in store this happened on 6/12/2026 at around. 1:00 pm What do ya think they beret me humiliated me had me so upset I got in the uber and cried my eyes out people that work serving the public should not be working in such a place of business if they can't be kind . I would give this place zero stars if I could. I'm from California and out here visiting family and I went to get a bagel sandwich and a modelo and got denied service because I had a valid out of state ID. I told them it was valid and to scan it and they refused. They cussed me out and threw me out of the store. Awful food and worst service. We ordered chicken tenders and they gave us the smallest pieces of chicken - they were more like nuggets. We said something and questioned the size- $7 on gas station chicken. We thought they'd apologize or make us more but instead she said that size of the chicken is normal and that's what you get at get go. I give it 0 stars . Trash over priced place to begin with . But the establishment ITSELF LET ME TELL YOU first off do not go 10ft near the pissnshyt coverd bathroom , things are not stocked they have an extremely poor work team and only one person workin the register. I come here every night after work atleast 5 times a week. I love there coffee! Also the very nice man "Richy Rich" he's always so polite and very helpful! He knows I get my coffee and makes sure I have my cream and all! He's one of the reasons why I come as much as I do! He's always moving and working doing something everytime I come in! I had stopped into the Carnegie GetGo to order a large fries and 5 Buffalo chicken tenders, very tasty and crispy. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The order came out fast and a kind and considerate young man, Brad I think his name was. Hand delivered my food to me, what a sweetheart. Had a Pilgrim sandwich today and let me tell you it is nothing like that scrumptious picture you see while filling your tank with overpriced gasoline. It was smashed together and about an inch thick nowhere near the 6 inch thick sandwich on the pictures. That my friends is called PUFFERY in the advertising trade. I like to stop here and get a philly steak from there sandwich shop there really good and only about $7.40 and a lot more meat than Subway. They also have a nice selection of coffee and creamers. ..had a terrible migraine due to not drinking coffee that day. I came in since I was in Carnegie. Super convenient location and tons of gas pumps. Gas was like 1.79 and our tank was filled for $16. The coffee was enjoyable especially for it being 8pm. The coffee area was stocked well and clean. The cashier didn't mind my friendly vent about my migraine due to lack of coffee, hah. They had a little beer cave as well as beer at the entrance that wasn't chilled. Anyways this getgo was appreciated! read more

I was just in there and ordered food there was a line for the check out as usual because they always only have one person working register but the kitchen was slammed or anything. I ordered two Buffalo chicken wraps one with fries and cheese and extra chicken the other with fries ranch and red onion and a med fry I get home the med fry literally had 6 fries in it and irritated I count it as a loss and grab the wraps open one see onions and ranch but no fries give it to my gf and grab the other one which should be just fries cheese and extra chicken bite into it to only find out there's no fries either and there only two pieces of chicken and also ranch and onions on it to. This place needs Corperate to come in and set shit straight every time I've gone here my orders messed up the place is dirty as hell and there's rarely ever more than one cashier so there's always a huge line. First time in this GetGo.Only 1 person at register at10.45PM.Not safe for employee to be only one working.Line was all the way to back wall.I personally waited for 15 min.to get waited on.Only good thing they sell 6 packs of beer. I am 74 and was buying beer to take to a small get together.I don't now why you need a drivers license for ID to buy the beer. I would like to now why.Never go to this GetGo again. Corporate needs to have more employees working there especially at night. This was the Carnegie GetGo. I hope corporate is listening. I won't go anywhere near this place any more. I went many times since it opened and it's the same thing every time. The garbage cans out front are over flowing with trash. The restrooms are unfit for humans, absolutely filthy. The food that I got there was inedible several times. There are never enough people working at the registers so you will be waiting in line for a very long time, making it quite inconvenient for a convenience store. If you dare go here for food, look at the air vents above where they make the food and you will surely reconsider. There is dust/dirt caked on the vents a half inch thick, it's on the ceiling but there's enough filth collected on there to clearly see it from the floor. read more

I do like this Get Go a lot, but today I was in there with my daughter. I told her she could get a drink and on the way to the counter a heavy set employee with short red hair basically walked into my 6 yr old and didn't even say sorry or excuse me. This Get Go Convenience Store is very poor in providing condiments for their coffee station, constantly out of the half and half cream, also constantly out of stock on the Regular French Vanilla Flavor coffee, overstocked on The Fat-Free Vanilla Flavor coffee, how about adjusting your par system, if you are even using a par system, by your lack of these and other coffee condiments I would say you are not using a par system. read more
