The kitchen staff at this location has absolutely failed every single time. I've given them a chance. The mixups in the orders are so ridiculous. I don't even think I'll have enough room on this comment to appropriately lay it out. Whether the burritos aren't even rolled, they're just kind of folded or the order is completely mixed up with a combination of both of the people that made the order for example, just now I ordered a brisket burrito with jalapeños and onions and my wife ordered a brisket burrito with just cheese and something else on it. Well, they somehow mixed it up and put some onions on one some and then jalapeños on another, but not the other and many things have happened like this ever since I started using this sheets. Management needs to really tune these guys up because I know she has better quality and service in many other locations.

Even worse is the mobile coupon for cigarettes. ( A store has to accept and set up with the manufacturer to even be listed and chosen on the list. So they have agreed to accept them with the manufacturer ) but will still do the same dollar BS. If you have a 2.50 off coupon they will only do a dollar. Which they then go through the manufacturer and it's listed that they gave a 2.50 off. But really only did a dollar. That is lying ans stealing from both the customer and manufacturer. this isn't even close to the things they do. Hardly even a start.

And waited. One person in front of me, two people behind the counter. Neither one moving fast. No greeting, no "just a minute," no nothing. The guy in front of me kept having to correct the worker making his sandwich. When I finally got up there, they told me gruffly that they didn't have what I wanted. So I walked away.
