Had a very bad tire issue with newly purchased used car. I googled nearest tire centers and found this awesome place! Not only do they do tires they have a full auto center! The staff here is top quality amazing! They not only explain what's going on they let you go out and see the problem and they don't rush into fixing it until you make your final decision. The main thing that impressed me is they didn't pitch unnecessary work to me. Parts and labor are very reasonable and affordable. Not only that I would be happy to pick up the building and find a way to transfer it to California because they would make bank in Los Angeles! Thank you guys for doing such a great job! I really appreciate the fact that you also let me watch HGTV in the lobby and not the news lol That was stellar! I am very upset with this company. I brought my car in for new tires that I had already ordered. It…read moretook me a couple of weeks to get them installed due to a family emergency. When I finally came in, the tech told me I needed new lug studs, and then told me they would cost $380. Here's the problem: lug studs for my car cost about $3-5 each. I could have walked down the street and bought them myself, but the tech claimed I needed "special studs" because of my wheels. That's simply not true, a quick search shows my wheels use standard studs. To make it worse, they ordered the studs without asking me first. If they had asked, I would never have agreed to pay $30+ per stud. When I got home and reviewed the invoice, it was even more concerning. Instead of listing "lug studs," they billed me for a "brake adjuster kit" something completely different from what was actually replaced. My brakes weren't touched, so why does my invoice say that? This feels like a clear case of misrepresentation. I was effectively charged 10× the fair market price for parts, plus given an inaccurate invoice. When I questioned it, I was not allowed to provide my own studs at a fair price. I will not be returning to this shop and I am seriously considering disputing this charge with my bank. If you don't want to be upcharged for basic services or billed incorrectly, I recommend avoiding this place.

The blond counter waits for her to go home and then rips my brother a new hole. So she waits for the manager to leave to disobey her, and to the wrong person? No restaurant I ever worked at puts up with that...

I had two different sale associates literally pounding on the door and windows to get someone to help me and they were ignored also. One of the sales associates even called a manager to try to get help and that accomplished nothing. I ended up walking out with nothing. Absolutely pathetic. I work in retail and if I did that to my customers I would be fired!

My car was dirty from the snow and salt. After the wash my car looked as if it has only been sprayed with water to clean off the some of the dirt. Where my car was most dirty I wiped my finger across the car and picked up lots of dirt and left a clear clean streak. Where my car was least dirty my finger was dirty after wiping it across the surface. My windows were only clean where my windshield wipers ripped off the water. Elsewhere in the window there was still a thick layer of dirt. I'm going to have to wash my car by hand after this car wash. I'll never return to another Wetgo car wash again.

The service building has 3 bays for big-rig repair, and like all T/As in North America, it seems they are always running service and tire specials. The Country Pride restaurant is spacious and has a full menu to choose from. I have dined there twice recently and found the food to be fairly priced and of adequate quantity. The trucker's/convenience store was well supplied. The restroom facility was clean.
