Bathrooms are disgusting. I'm in a truck and stop in quite often to use the restroom. This one has the same crusty spots on the counter and urinals for months with no change. I love that they have name tags so I can remember who gave me shit service. Whoever April is seriously needs fired, I shouldn't come in to pay for gas and a damn drink and when I come to the counter she looks at me and just laughs instead of doing the job she was hired for. Ordered this through door dash. They were NOT busy at all. Usually not toooooo terrible... I called in about how badly burnt it was and said "how the fuck are yall gonna burn my food and box it up and send it out anyways?" big guy manager couldn't get on the phone bc he was too busy smoking cig outside. Probs why my food was so burnt too. The workers are either super young, literally cracked tf out (one girl almost fell over) or just dumb as hell Nate, the guy I talked to was really nice though. I just wanted hot coffee with creamer and sweetener. The only available sweeteners are sugar and Splenda. I won't use either of those. I did not know the sweetener selection was so poor or I would not have brewed a cup of coffee to begin with. I almost dumped my coffee out and went elsewhere, but don't like to waste. I got off work last night and went into Sheetz to get some food. I've recently began enjoying the convenient and wonderful service. But one thing last night was just uncalled for when an employee stationed where food is prepared had an issue with pulling his pants up. Plumber butt was an understatement. He didn't even have underwear on. Half of his behind was just ruining a line of customers appetites. Most just laughed or felt too embarrassed for him to complain. It caught me off guard to look up from my phone screen and become shocked to see a man fixing my sandwich with his behind showing as his shirt was up above his naked butt. I turned around and saw people laughing and felt embarrassed for him and hardly wanted to eat. I refused to take a picture to show this but I'd like him to never do this EVER again. It was a NASTY view. Please talk to your kitchen employees about pulling up the underwear over their butt and pulling up their pants. Wear a TIGHT belt. Thank you. read more

We love getting our morning coffee from Sheetz! Their breakfast blend is awesome. With their card, our coffee costs less and we get discounts too. 11/4/2018-Our food order was completely messed up. Took almost 15 minutes to get the correct order for 4 breakfasts. The gas pump #15 was also unworking. Afrer two trips back to the cashier, I moved to pump 16 And the button for "unleaded" gas didn't work, forcing me to buy the more expensive regular gas.
