I have been patient for the last time and I'm going to have to leave this review. Sheetz has been…read moreone of my favorite places and I stop at Sheetz all around Ohio. The kitchen staff at this location has absolutely failed every single time. I've given them a chance. The mixups in the orders are so ridiculous. I don't even think I'll have enough room on this comment to appropriately lay it out. Whether the burritos aren't even rolled, they're just kind of folded or the order is completely mixed up with a combination of both of the people that made the order for example, just now I ordered a brisket burrito with jalapeños and onions and my wife ordered a brisket burrito with just cheese and something else on it. Well, they somehow mixed it up and put some onions on one some and then jalapeños on another, but not the other and many things have happened like this ever since I started using this sheets. Management needs to really tune these guys up because I know she has better quality and service in many other locations.

They are horrible people. Every one of them is rude and unpleasant. And they scam artist. Different…read morepeople will ring things up at different prices even in the same day. They are too cheap to take any coupons. If you have any coupons worth more then a dollar off they will only accept them if you are willing to give up whatever the coupon is and only get a dollar off. Even worse is the mobile coupon for cigarettes. ( A store has to accept and set up with the manufacturer to even be listed and chosen on the list. So they have agreed to accept them with the manufacturer ) but will still do the same dollar BS. If you have a 2.50 off coupon they will only do a dollar. Which they then go through the manufacturer and it's listed that they gave a 2.50 off. But really only did a dollar. That is lying ans stealing from both the customer and manufacturer. this isn't even close to the things they do. Hardly even a start.

And waited. One person in front of me, two people behind the counter. Neither one moving fast. No greeting, no "just a minute," no nothing. The guy in front of me kept having to correct the worker making his sandwich. When I finally got up there, they told me gruffly that they didn't have what I wanted. So I walked away. On the convenience store side, I wanted something like lunch, and they had nothing. Candy, chips, all expensive. I got some candy, and went to get a pop- warm. The whole cooler. When I went to the counter to let them know, they apologized and said they couldn't get it fixed that day. So, yeah. I got out of there as fast as I could. I noticed gas was high, but luckily I didn't need it.

They are exempt from the "no beer or liquor on Sunday" liquor law. Pull your car in, honk the horn, tell 'em what you want, and they bring it to you. If you want a convenient place to get petrol/gasoline near the Pro Football Hall of Fame, this will be your place. If you want Dunkin' Donuts, this will be your place. If you like Circle K's freshly ground and brewed hot coffee, I'm not sure that it's available at this particular location, due to the Dunkin' being here. However... it is located down the block at the other Circle K (which I like to call "The Good Circle K")! If you want cold drinks, I suggest you go down the block to the good Circle K. It's literally one block away, still right across from the Pro Football Hall of Fame. They have the same petrol/gasoline prices, and their refrigeration unit actually works properly. If you're going south on I-77 and you get off on exit 107A, get into your far left lane to turn left and go down about a block and the good Circle K will be on your left! You can easily get on I-77N, I-77S, and 62 from that location, as well as the Pro Football Hall of Fame, no worries! Skip this particular Circle K until they can get it together.

Upon doing so we noticed a male employee coming over with them and handed them to us claiming he "paid the difference" in a condescending tone and explained it was less of a hassle then having to "clean it up" then proceeded to tell me that I shouldn't have left them there.
