The 30 minute circuit has 30 people in it, with different stations, of non stop energized workouts. They explaining detail each exercise with modifications also. The instructors are so supportive with my nutrition. I love that there are 2-3 instructors in each class coaching you each exercise to strive. Lots of positive energy. I can't wait each day for my next class. I've already seen results. I was at another gym for almost 2 years...no body change, until I joined Fit!

The treadmills and bikes are state-of-the-art and easy to use, and the weight training equipment is pretty new. The on site restaurant is very convenient. After a good workout, it's nice to have the option to pick up a delicious and healthy meal. The menu offers a variety of options, including wraps, salads, juices, smoothies, and açaí bowls. All the dishes are made with fresh ingredients and taste amazing! The staff at Purlife are incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a stroke four weeks ago, and Giana gave me alternatives to exercises that I was unable to perform. Yes, all coaches do this, but, Giana also challenged me and made sure I was doing everything correctly. She has compassion and I have made three months of progress (according to my Physical Therapist and neurologist) in four weeks. Four weeks ago, I could not walk without a walker and now I am barely using my cane. The class today had two pregnant women, a man with extreme shoulder issues, and at least one brand-new person. Giana helped every one of us individually, and challenged the entire class as well! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Giana!

They would charge me every month as unlimited and refuse to give me a refund, only credits. After few months I canceled it completely and I got my money back. He modifies the exercise if you have an Injury or have trouble doing it. Class sizes are generally small 10-12 people in the 6:30am class. This gives him more personalized time with each person. This is a great workout! Everyday is something different. The class feels like a big family. It's a no-judgement zone!
