They have an excellent selection of HIIT classes throughout the day starting at 545am until 630pm. The classes cater to all levels of fitness. Mia, Bill, and Libby are great instructors and I recommend going to their classes. The gym has plenty of new equipment. The treadmills and bikes are state-of-the-art and easy to use, and the weight training equipment is pretty new. The on site restaurant is very convenient. After a good workout, it's nice to have the option to pick up a delicious and healthy meal. The menu offers a variety of options, including wraps, salads, juices, smoothies, and açaí bowls. All the dishes are made with fresh ingredients and taste amazing! The staff at Purlife are incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a stroke four weeks ago, and Giana gave me alternatives to exercises that I was unable to perform. Yes, all coaches do this, but, Giana also challenged me and made sure I was doing everything correctly. She has compassion and I have made three months of progress (according to my Physical Therapist and neurologist) in four weeks. Four weeks ago, I could not walk without a walker and now I am barely using my cane. The class today had two pregnant women, a man with extreme shoulder issues, and at least one brand-new person. Giana helped every one of us individually, and challenged the entire class as well! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Giana!

You are not going to find a better exercise regime in the area for a GREAT price!!!! I just couldn't convince myself to join a gym, sign a contract, pay first, last and security and then get the run around if I ever wanted to cancel. This is something I want to do. There's no competition or judging, if you're not pushing yourself than the only person who is losing is YOU! The first week is free and after that it's $75 a month for unlimited classes or $10 per class. If you don't feel like exercising the second month but want to come back the third that's perfectly fine!! No sign up fees, no paperwork fees, nothing hidden. They also have a store right on site with prices you can't beat, there's also a store online where they sell just about anything you need to get fit fast. I know this is an outstanding review across the board and some people may be skeptical but if you show up for the FREE WEEK you'll see I'm just another participant trying to look good, my personal reason is my wedding in December. This is the real deal, you have nothing to lose but the weight and the trainers are incredibly nice AND in shape which is a change from the overweight telling me how to pick up a dumbbell. =o) I'm just tired of the dirty, mean and not to mention gimmick deals and tactics to join a gym for a treadmill.

(This promotion is still going on, so take advantage of the opportunity to try it out while you can!) I went to my first class on a Monday not really knowing what to expect from leg day at level 4 on the shredmill. This class kicked my butt... literally my legs and glutes were really feeling the burn (the good kind of burn though). What makes this gym unique is that they incorporate the shredmill, yes SHREDmill, not treadmill into the workout every day. The workouts are different everyday and are available to everyone on the DripFit app where you sign up for classes. The basic outline is Monday - Legs Tuesday - Chest & Shoulders & Triceps Wednesday - Abs & Sprints Thursday- Legs Friday - Back & Biceps Saturday - Full Body Sunday - day off to rest, no classes Again, the shredmill is incorporated into every workout and it's great because the shredmill is designed to push yourself as much or as little
