Well I am going to try to do this as simple as I can! Trying to lose weight for some time now, I decided to contact Tanya. Well not only have I lost weight and inches, I have a positive attitude, in which I haven't had in several years. Her coaching on our phone calls ( I live in Florida & she in Connecticut), have been very informative and very educational. Her way of explaining, and teaching are beyond. She is always available if you call her and does take time to talk you through or answer any questions you may have. She is very devoted to her job, Even in my everyday life, if talking to someone I am always telling the to "get fit for Life", they look at me like I have two heads. The suppliments that we use are just fabulous. I even had approval by my doctor to use them. I just can't say enough about her. She is as bubbly as they come, and is always on an upbeat when ever you speak to her. She is a fantastic listener and a person I can count on if I have any questions. Being far away, I thought "how am I going to do this without her near by?" well I did it, and I still continue to follow the plan and all she has taught me. Reading labels!!!!? I had no clue what all the info on those meant. Now I find myself looking at them and buying the right things to eat. AND!! I have been eating and continue to loose weight. I can't thank her enough. SO! even if you are far from Connecticut. Just give her a call and your life will definetly change!! I had a gained a lot of weight in the past few years and was feeling REALLY bad about it. I wanted a program that I would be forced to take seriously and be accountable to. Tania's program sounded like it would work, and it has. This is not a gimmicky program- it really does force you to think about how and why you eat. My personal issues were that I am single and ended up eating a lot of take out whenever I felt like it. The program forced me to start preparing and cooking foods every day, and that's been really good for me. Vegetables, vegetables, vegetables. You will eat right on this plan- no starvation. The weekly meetings have been great- it's really good to have a small group to talk to (also really interesting hearing other people's challenges and how they cope with various food issues.) The best part has been the bootcamp classes, which are hard but you will be impressed when you start going regularly and see what you're capable of. At this point, I know my personal weight loss experience won't end after 12 weeks. (I think I've lost about 10 pounds in 10 weeks so far, which is great as far as I'm concerned.) Tania is an excellent trainer. I frankly can't think of anything she could do better. She is professional, courteous, reliable, and, most importantly for a personal trainer, patient. And not only is Tania professional, she clearly IS a professional, as anyone who has trained with her can attest. She knows my body and my limits better than I do most of the time. She is extremely--I mean, e-x-t-r-e-m-e-l-y--exacting when it comes to form during exercises, ensuring that you work the right muscles in the right way. (In short, she's also not afraid to tell you when you're wrong--the sign of an excellent teacher.) And every session she manages to come up with a completely different routine or set of exercises, so you're never bored and never too comfortable. Tania is the best! She has taken me from flab to fab in just three months! Her knowledge of body mechanics is plain fantastic and her zen like demeanor are an incredible combination. I can't believe what my body is capable of doing since working out with her. I feel so healthy now. She will never accept " I can't" and pushes and pushes to the appropriate limit. I have some health issues and she is sensitive and aware of what is right for me and we never exceed the threshold where I would injury my body. I look forward to our workouts because she continually changes what we do. She provides an very holistic and all over body workout. She is truly creative and innovative in her approach. I started kickboxing with Tania a couple of years ago. As a runner, I was looking for some fun cross training activities. My body was so sore the next day (in a good way)! I love Tania's energy and enthusiasm. She gets you going and she's fun to be around! Her 5k coaching and healthy potlucks are fun and innovative. She taught me how to make delicious smoothies, gave me nutritional tips, and helped me get into shape. An unwelcome visitor, cancer, crept into my life this year but Tania continues to encourage me, to push me to do only what I can and she motivates me to my fullest. I am a 33 year old woman with 4 children, who also got sick and diagnosed with lupus with the combination of children and sickness I loss any definition to my breast and was told due to breast being mostly fat I would have to get implants to achieve my curves again, wrong Tania gave me workout plan that I notice results for in a week, I look great and my boonies are cute and firm, Tania you rock! I am new to Tania's program but I've particpated in her fitness classes and I have to say that her kickboxing class is like none other! I've particpated in my share of kickboxing classes and its refreshing to attend one ran by Tania- She really knows how to encompass a full body workout! Her positive attitude and willingness to work with you make me look forward to every class. I've been training with Tania since May and can't believe how much my body and my MIND have transformed.
