I'll start off by saying customer service has improved since the first time I went. The food has been great the last few times we've been, and I would get it more often, however since I don't eat red meat, pork, or chicken, I usually substitute for Shrimp, or no meat, but the up-charge for substituting is overpriced, or the fact that I'm paying the same amount for no protein also sucks. Having worked 15+ years in the food industry, substituting proteins isn't a new concept. Additionally it makes it hard to want to try other items since they are all packed with proteins I don't eat, and I have to pay the up charge to substitute, and I don't want to pay $20, only to be disappointed, so I stick to my usual. I will continue to recommend them, and occasionally visit, when I have the craving. I hope to see a more cost efficient substitution added. read more

Unfortunately, I can never find out when this truck is open and where. The information online is inconsistent and has sent me on a wild goose chase 3 times. Huge waste of gas and time! had the potato once and it was good, but nothing special. The grilled corn was absolutely delicious, but way over priced at $6. My dad wanted to try it but again can't seem to lock down the location, so I'm giving up! Very frustrating. read more

10/7/25 Great experience! They are on the corner of Shaw & Blackstone. Arrived! Small wait. Greeted by kind worker. He was happy to give recommendations. He said Ultimate is most popular along with steak orders. I told him I wanted chicken and thought the chicken fajita would be good. Also if he could add shrimp to it? He said it would be good. Ordered it, paid for it and he said it would be ready in in 2-6 minutes. Gave me a buzzer and it was ready pretty quickly! He showed me, looks GREAT! Handed it over with good day wishes! Awesome! My husband and I have been wanting to try this place for a while. My husband went to go order and pick up off Shaw and Blackstone. Very well lit, easy to find and access. . He said it wasn't busy but a lot of pick up orders it seemed like. While I was on the phone I heard him order my food, surf and turf no bell peppers (allergic) add broccoli. From what I heard there was an extra charge... OK When he arrived home the food tag was correct but full of bell peppers. From what I could taste it had good flavor and great potential to be very tasty. There was a good amount of broccoli which was nice. Not a lot of shrimp about 6 or so of small ones. I would have rather had 4-5 of the larger ones and pay a little more. read more

I'm giving this 4 stars because of the service. I saw this place and followed for a while so I was excited to try it. We came on a hot day and although there was a canopy, I decided to take my pager and wait in my car which was very close but actually across the truck. We were parked next to others who ordered as well. I waited a very long time and finally went to check on my order and the guy said it had been ready for a while and the pager didn't reach far. And mind you we made eye contact a few times while I was waiting. It would have been nice to know that you can't sit in your car that is literally right across the truck. I was very disappointed with my experience. The customer service was poor, and the food quality did not meet expectations. The vegetables were not sautéed as described -- they appeared to be simply cut and placed on top of the potatoes. The fries were also underwhelming. In addition, the truck itself appeared unsanitary, which was concerning. Unfortunately, my son and I ended up throwing the food away and going elsewhere to eat. Every time I go now, the servers are too busy bickering and arguing to focus on the customers or the food. And unfortunately, my food has suffered because of it. I paid for bacon--didn't get it.
