Was honestly concerned with the lack of reviews and majority of photos being stock photos. Yet the minute I walked through the doors to bring the young 'un to their Club Air time-slot, realized those reviews were unwarranted. Booming music, black and neon lights, and it was extremely busy up until the minute they closed. More than just trampolines, they have slides, obstacle courses, and even a climbing wall. Extremely large area, even with the numerous birthday parties, didn't seem overcrowded. From the lockers for your belongings, to the toddler area; seems they try to accommodate all age ranges and needs. If you need to come from KC, it might be worth the drive, especially with a price point of $20.00 for 3 hours.

Cool surf board thing on springs. Harder than it looks.

This is the best trampoline park ive been to get. Its like your basic trampoline park merged with an american ninja warrior course. All 6 of my kids (ages 9 to 16)loved it. I wouldnt suggest it for kids under 6 though. It has a lot of things that I think they would get hirt on unless you were on them the whole time. We will definitely be back.

Getting my cardio in for the day..lol

Came here during the week. There were a few people around but as the time flew by it got packed. The play areas are very clean and well kept up. The staff are friendly and they walk around periodically to ensure safety. I suggest coming in on Tuesdays to take advantage of the 2 for 1 special. Cost wise it is very budget friendly and aside from having to purchase the $3 sticky socks it doesn't brrak the bank. You can play the activities by purchasing time per hour. They give you colored wrist bands to identify how much time tou have remaining which they announce over the intercom every hour. There are lockers to secure belongings but you must provide your own lock. There is an area for birthday events with nemches and massage chairs cor the adults as well. The games range from obstacle course, basketball, foam jump and dodgeball all of which are fun. The time flew by during my stay. Will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone.

Better than I thought it would be. I was expecting one of those insanely overstimulated,…read moreoverpacked, oversugared kid-energy kind of experiences but this was... pleasant? Dare I say, kind of fun? We went to a kids birthday party out this way, and when I say out this way, I mean it's a HAUL from where we are in the city. Try to keep track of the beige and uniform buildings as you go by, it feels like you're in an infinite loop of personality-less structures. Eventually the sameness will blend into more sameness, although this will have a sign for Urban Air and you've made it. It's almost a throwback to the Discovery Zone birthday parties of the 90's from the outside, and from the inside for that matter. It wasn't too busy when we were there on a Saturday morning, and my kids really had to soak it all in and get their nerves out to start. Once they found the smaller kids area of tunnels and ball pits, the ice broke and the fun flowed out. There's VR machines, bumper cars, trampolines, more intense trampolines, gymnastics style trampolines, and even some sort of fun sky swing thing that looks like it's for much older kids but isn't. Kind of hard to get bored in here if you're between 4-12, I'd imagine. On the birthday front, they had pizza, a private room, and someone dedicated to running the party who did a nice job. I won't be rushing back, but I will file this away for those late January/February days when the shine of winter is off and you're desperate to get the kids out of the house. Fun overall!

If you have little kids Urban Air is where it's at for an indoor trampoline park…read more For someone as risk averse as I am, I'm probably just as surprised as you are that I'm giving it such high marks, but sometimes you need an indoor play place for kids and they all come with some risk. This one is clean, the folks working friendly and mostly helpful, and it doesn't stink like some others - I'm looking at you Kids Empire. For around $20 my five year old can run, jump, and get her wiggles out for HOURS. That's money well spent in my book. We recently had my daughter's birthday party here and I have to add that the team working did a wonderful job. The table was set up, plates, and waters provided, and it was an easy place to gather with her classmates. I've been recommending parties here ever since. The only reason I'm giving 4 and not 5 stars is just because the restrooms could use some TLC. Get that fixed and this is a 5 star children's attraction for sure.

I've been taking my daughter to Urban Air in Overland Park for a long time. Decided to try the…read moreLenexa one instead. For it, its hands down better. Better Staff, that seem to keep the place clean, and care about keeping it a fun/safe environment. At the Lenexa location, there is plenty of seating where you can keep an eye on your kiddos while they play if you want. Or you can go back into a little nook, and read a book, use your laptop (They have guest wifi) or watch TV on one of the TVs in that area. Highly recommend Urban Air in general, and furthermore recommend the Lenexa location over the Overland Park one. Pro Tip, if you live in the area, and go at least once a month, its so much better to just buy a monthly pass. You get a better deal than if you purchase 1 single night ticket. With the level of season pass we have, it comes with a slice of pizza every night, and a bag of popcorn. It makes it so much easier for me to take my kiddo, she can grab some food to tide her over until we get home to eat dinner and its fairly inexpensive for what you get.

I called his dad who did not have a membership either. I asked if I could just pay the $13.99 for him to play an hour. Then was told he is also too tall and had to pay $26.99. I told them all his family members are tall, like 6'7 and up. We were turned away because of non-membership, and he was too tall for his age. He was so upset and I was too. I called a manager and was told this is just their ruling. If I had friends from out of town for the soccer event, I could have not gotten them in with children without a membership. I don't recommend this place.

The floors were gross in the party room and I included a picture of one of the chairs. This was it at the start of our party. There weren't trash cans in the party room, which was frustrating. We spilled some water and when I used a paper towel to clean it up it was brown. The whole place needs a deep clean! Also, the party time is short. One hour is not enough time. If they need to clean the party rooms before the next party they should allow the kids to go back and play for another 30 min to make it a 2 hour party. This place has potential!

Inspired by Simone Biles and the 2024 Olympics, my kid has jumped in (cartwheeled in?) with both feet. Straight up, the lobby and bathroom areas need to be cleaner and I'll stand by that. But the rest of it is pretty nice overall. The teacher seems great and has control of the group. The times I've watched my semi-trepidacious daughter here, I've noticed they move at a pace that doesn't allow for a lot of fear which is important. They sort of just get after it and settle in from there, always a good approach. I can't say we'll go here for a long time based on the distance, but we may because my daughter loves it and we're continuing with it despite the distance for us to travel each week.
