He wondered about and asked questions about why his bill kept going up for the same services. Instead of answering in a civil manner, she asked my husband to leave. He was then sent a letter from the owner saying they were refusing him service. There was no opportunity to talk to anyone about this. When he and I went in to talk to someone, we were told that the owner was on pregnancy leave. I had heard that story before. Anyway, I'm sorry to say that the treatment from the front desk staff was not acceptable- rude and obnoxious. We both received care from the dentists and hygienists that was very good and professional. Unfortunately, we won't be going back,

I can't speak highly enough about Dr Visage and his Staff…read more Very friendly, welcoming and Dr Visage explained everything in detail before the procedure so I knew what to expect and was very calm. I had a minor issue after and Dr Visage called and asked me to come right down and he took care of it the same day. Now that is great service. I've been to a lot of Dentists and the quality of Dr Visage work is far superior. I know he recently took over this practice and has made a lot of improvements including having his own flat rate agreement to care for your teeth, and not bill for each procedure. When he was doing an implant for me, he also saw a cavity and fixed it immediately without an extra appointment. The personal attention with a desire to give me oral health is well worth the cost of his Dental Agreement. David

What I love about Dr. Yee and her staff is that they truly care. Nobody in that office is clocking in and out. I truly believe that everyone from Hailey at the front desk to Jennifer who has assisted Dr. with my (numerous) crowns are there because they appreciate and value what Dr. Yee is accomplishing in the dental field. Like the name of the business states, her care is 'Complete.' She considers various factors that I think are ignored by in the field most to determine a path of care. I have had a plan of care determined only to have her reach out and say, 'You know what, I have been thinking about this and I think we do this instead...' She isn't just trying to get you in and out of the chair. Dr. Yee is really concerned and cares how she provides care. I love talking to her about the numerous classes she takes to improve her practice. I do think its worth noting that this is a minority, woman owned business. You are not going to find a better practice in Sacramento - this is hands down, the best of the best! Thank you Dr. Yee and your staff. I will be a patient for life.
