After many weeks of back…read moreand forth the owner came to look at the project, he said he would get back to me with an estimate of parts and labor. He completely disappeared after that, I called and emailed him to please ask him when I could expect the estimate and the work to be completed. There were no answers. Then I emailed asking for at least the courtesy to let me know what happened that he went completely silent on the job and not even answering any more, no answer. I did contact Andersen corp. to let them know since they have them listed as a service rep. If they did not want the job they should have said so and not be listed as an official Andersen service provider. Very unprofessional and rude!
