$24 to rotate tires…read more Brought my car in for service. Not in any way cheap. The charge that roasted my chestnuts the most? $24 to rotate the tires on my small car. This is taking the wheels off and ROTATING THEM. Five or ten minute job, at most. No mounting, no balancing. There's a lot of new alternatives for auto service in Red Wing. Wal Mart, etc. I had this performed at Gernetz Auto last year--could not get in this time. Cost? $5!

We may enter on the further drive to avoid traffic at the pumps if not seeking fuel for the auto, but just fuel for the soul. She did actually move when people came in and out though so that was nice of her. On the front door is a sign that says masks required, no one but me was wearing a mask except one employee but she didn't have hers covering her nose. As I was looking for what I needed I saw the smoker come in and go behind the counter, without a mast. So out of 3 people working 1 person was wearing a mask, but not completely. I decided this wasn't the store for me and went down the road to Kwik Trip where they are friendly and not rude, and everyone was wearing a mask because it's required. I don't like wearing a mask either, and I would love for all of us to be able to stop, but you have a sign on your door about two feet from where you're smoking that says they are required, but apparently not for you??!!

Called to bring it in and again they did not get back to me, even when I told them to call me with results of the testing. They didn't. I called them three days later and they said they could not do the testing needed. When picked up the car, three lights were now on. Took to a dealership and they said Berghammer caused the problems when they took out the battery. This happened the beginning of January. I have emailed a number of times with no response. Their error cost me another $361 on top of the $1000 I spent there. Will never recommend this company!!
