This is taking the wheels off and ROTATING THEM. Five or ten minute job, at most. No mounting, no balancing. There's a lot of new alternatives for auto service in Red Wing. On the front door is a sign that says masks required, no one but me was wearing a mask except one employee but she didn't have hers covering her nose. As I was looking for what I needed I saw the smoker come in and go behind the counter, without a mast. So out of 3 people working 1 person was wearing a mask, but not completely. I decided this wasn't the store for me and went down the road to Kwik Trip where they are friendly and not rude, and everyone was wearing a mask because it's required. I don't like wearing a mask either, and I would love for all of us to be able to stop, but you have a sign on your door about two feet from where you're smoking that says they are required, but apparently not for you??!!

I called them three days later and they said they could not do the testing needed. When picked up the car, three lights were now on.
