They would come to complete a portion of the project (always with workmanship problems), then have to wait weeks to hear from them to continue. This happened SEVERAL times. Only reason it wasn't ONE star was because their product seems legit. Be careful with their salesmen and make sure you pay attention to ALL details in your contract. Take note of all details and be careful of their bait and switch practices.
