The price ..well that could have gone south as well ..but again they were complete angels and we rolled out for a little over $ 300.00 dollars !! They could of price gouged us but they were kind and understanding. My faith in humanity is restored. Also H & H Wrecker saved us as well..Have a little Faith everyone, good people are still out there!!! I give them a 100/100 dont be put off by the shop it doesnt look like much but I have a feeling God has big things in store for this family.

My wife and I have used dealerships for auto repair for years. I went to a Corpus Christi Ford…read moredealership. The service person was sarcastic and immediately tried to upsell. And they charged $100-$150 charge just to drive in the door. So I found Mike's Mobile Service on Yelp. I called. He was patient, didn't act rushed, answered all questions, was polite and friendly, and said "let me earn your business." So I thought hell let me give this guy a shot. They fixed the car, didn't charge me $150 just to get in the door, and ran a free diagnostic the dealerships charges for. They even went out of their way to squeeze my car into their busy schedule. While I realize that's not always possible, I really appreciated it. My total was $250--half of Ford dealership's cost (I checked.). Several days later the car is running great. MIKE called my wife to make sure everything is OK. He even told her the story about their shop Kitty, Nitro. A baby kitten stuck in a transmission they found then bottle-fed back to health. A cute little cat running around the shop who was just a bundle of joy--animal lovers always go to the top of my list. People that have a heart for animals and their customers, in my opinion, are going to make sure to do good work on a vehicle!

Good help is hard to find and this shop provides it, with great customer service. He picked me up from my house (less than 5 miles away) and took me back to the shop to get my truck!!!! I am very pleased to have found such a friendly and honest shop. He got my vehicle in to get looked at the same day I dropped it off, which by the way was the the same day (@ his shop less than half a day) he had it ready to come back to me. He didn't try to sell me anything extra and he was willing to talk future performance upgrades that I asked about, and even future services that will extend the life of my motor and transmission. Mike went out of his way to help me get back up and running quickly. Thank you for the wonderful service, I will be back for sure! Would recommend to my friends and family 10 out of 10.
