It took my 20 mins to try to tuck the material back in

I read the reviews and took my car in to have it serviced for clogged sunroof drains on Tuesday morning. They must have had to open the shade to do the job, understandably so. However, this is the state the vehicle was returned to me. I had the sunroof open all of Memorial Day weekend no issues. The least that they could have done was try to fix this mess and return the car how they got it. My white interior is ruined!! I can only trust they did the job since with the amount of water left in the car it will be hard to tell until I get it detailed. Dropped the car off on Tuesday morning called them Friday evening when I didn't hear back. I was told I had 30 mins to pick the car up because it was ready. The entire experience has just killed my vibe. Seeing my car in a worse state than I presented it to them just hurt. I happen to like my car so I spend to take care of it. I asked for an estimate, approved the labor, AND PAID MY BILL!! I did not Haggle or short change. They seem more concerned of my ability to pay than providing quality service.

My mother had just passed, so my ability to find time to bring my car in was limited. He graciously accommodated me and had me out of the garage in an hour. As other reviewers online have noted, the waiting room is immaculate and they offer snacks and WiFi while you wait. When he was finished, he recommended an additional service that wasn't needed imminently, but one to keep in mind for the not-so-distant future given the mileage on my car. This will now be my go-to mechanic to help keep my old jalopy up and running.

The job he did was incredible and my nephews (4 &6) were able to sit in the lounge comfortable and with all type of snacks while the job was completed in 30m. Besides that Max also did a full assessment of my vehicle for potential issues (for free) and i learned so much from him. I appreciate Max because every time my vehicle is serviced at the dealer I feel that the repairs may come out to a million dollars. Max is very reasonable and helpful and we'll continue to work together.

BEWARE!! On October 24th, 2025, my husband, Adam, took his…read more2016 BMW 428i to Best Auto & Economy Tire to have the rear left tire patched. This is the same shop that had previously installed all four tires on the vehicle, which is why we returned there. After the repair was completed, my husband drove home (approximately 15 minutes away) and immediately noticed a new noise coming from the rear of the car. Concerned, he returned to the shop and asked the same worker who performed the job to inspect the issue. While test driving the vehicle, the worker claimed the noise was caused by the emergency parking brake. He pulled on the brake lever, and while the noise slightly lessened, it did not resolve. My husband, who has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, explained that the emergency brake had never been serviced and had not made any noise before the tire was removed and reinstalled. The worker became agitated and dismissive, suggesting instead that the brake pads could be at fault. His tone and demeanor grew increasingly rude. To avoid further confrontation, my husband asked him to return to the shop, stating that he no longer felt comfortable continuing the conversation. Once home, my husband called another individual at the shop--apparently a co-owner--and explained what happened. This person apologized and offered to re-inspect the vehicle, scheduling a follow-up for Tuesday, October 28th. On that date, we brought the car back and picked it up around 4:30 PM. The shop stated that the noise was still present, insisting once again that it was related to the emergency parking brake. My husband agreed to have the issue fixed and was told to bring the vehicle back on Thursday. We dropped the car off as instructed. The following day (Friday morning), I called for an update. The owner informed me that they were waiting for a part, expected to arrive at noon, and that they would call when the repair was completed. Later that afternoon, around 4 PM, my husband received a message stating that the wheel hub and bearings were damaged and needed replacement, at a cost of $650 plus tax. When I called to discuss the matter, I asked if he could offer a fairer price or use aftermarket parts. The owner refused, saying his only option was a used BMW part at that price. When I pointed out that this same shop was the last one to install and remove those tires -- and that improper torque or overtightening could have caused the damage -- the owner became defensive, raised his voice, and told me I was wrong. He insisted that "overtightening doesn't damage anything" and dismissed my explanation, despite my firsthand experience with similar damage on a prior vehicle. His tone throughout the call was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. At this point, we believe the damage to the wheel hub and bearings was directly caused by improper handling or overtightening during the initial tire repair performed on October 24th. The shop's refusal to take responsibility, as well as their unprofessional behavior and contradictory explanations, have left us with no choice but to document the incident with the Florida Department of agriculture and consumer services. I will also post someone else review they women had the same experience and she too owed a bmw they spoke as if they had experience with bmws and damaged the car even more.

I took it to Arnst Ocean Auto, Matt looked it over and added UV dye to check for possible other leaks in the engine after cleaning off the oil. He suggested since the trans. had to come out to remove the oil pan-(Ford), that I have the slave cylinder replaced since it's w/in the trans bell housing.... Matt made a good call as it was really worn which could have been bad had it failed. I made appointment for the work to be done. Matt took care to cover the seats with a blanket and a paper mat was placed on the floor even though I don't have carpeting, but my interior is clean. The mechanic, Lou checked for any other leaks, thankfully none found. Lou did a fantastic job. This was no easy job since many parts had to be removed just to get the trans and oil pan out. When done, he test drove it and rechecked for any leaks and re checked all new fluid levels. Lou was able to get this job done in one day! I was very Impressed! I was happy to take my truck home the same day. It even shifts smoother now. I can't say enough about Matt & Lou at Arnst Automotive in Delray Beach, I'm a fussy owner & was very happy with their work. Thanks guys!
