I scheduled an appointment online and they never responded. I called Alex and told him what needed to be done with my car and scheduled an appointment. I dropped my car off with Max, explained what was to be done and left. 2 hours later Max calls me and say, "you have a 17 year old car, (2000 BMW M5) and if we break small plastic parts while replacing your window regulator I don't want to be held accountable. I'm covering my but." I said, don't you have vendors you work with that you can get parts from?" Max then repeats himself. I tell him I will leave work to get my car. I call Alex to discuss it with him and Alex says: "I know all about the talk you had with Max." I respond: "if a part is broken during the regulator replacement I would expect you to get the part and charge me appropriately if the break was due to age. Alex repeats what Max repeated. These guys are a joke. I have never had a service provider say to me what they said. The worse part is that I went to the shop 5 days before making the appointment to see if they can work on my "specialized" cars. Alex seemed offended that I would ask that questions. Well clearly they cannot work on my car.
Be warned. Make sure they can (want to) work on your car before you take it there. I honestly believe they didn't want to make the effort. Too hard I guess. read more
