When arrived, Britt was the one who took care of me. He was professional and very friendly. Stated that replacing the battery should take about 30mins to complete, however, he completed it just within 20mins! Cost was reasonable, given that they come to you to provide service on the spot. Would have spent more if I had the vehicle towed to an auto shop and then paid for a battery service on top of that. Overall, the service that was provided was excellent, and will recommend to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced at a location of theirs.

They are very thorough with it, and not pushy with it if you decide to decline services. I always come here for my oil changes, and more recently my smog. The wait time was pretty long but Jay dropped me off and picked me up with their complimentary shuttle service. For more serious/timely services, they offer free loaner cars. Some mechanics can come off sketchy, but I felt I could trust Jay The bad: My experience with the front desk worker was not as pleasant. They're pretty busy, and maybe he is stressed, (idk) but he came off rude. I had some questions to confirm service, pricing, and wait times. He seemed annoyed. All that aside, I still believe in Jay and his business. I've been referring Autolink to my family all the time. My dad needed an oil change and smog done today, and was going to another shop. His hesitations was about wait time. He said the other shop was faster. But, I convinced him to visit Autolink. I was really hoping they would win him over but Unfortunately, they did not. We called ahead. Generally, it would be ~45-1hr. He was promised the car would be serviced by a certain time, so he decided to stay at the shop and wait. Ended up waiting past the quoted time. I felt bad since he had somewhere to be, and Autolink did not deliver. Sadly I don't think my dad will be back I would say wait times are pretty bad here so plan accordingly, and allow more time than quoted. Even with appointments, wait time is still ~1 hour

The nearest exit dumped me in one of those south O.C. neighborhoods where there's nothing but apartment community mega-plexes for blocks and blocks -- i.e., no gas station for at least 5 miles and no mechanic for at least 10. I first called AAA, only to find out that my 25-year membership was cancelled in error less than 2 weeks ago (WTF), and there would be a $150 penalty for using it within 24 hours of reinstatement (double WTF). Reached out to five different mobile mechanics; two of them got back to me, and luckily, Johnny was one of them. He responded right away with a fair quote and met me within the hour. Assessed the damage to the plate ('twas cooked, RIP ), removed it in less than 5 minutes, and sent me on my way. He even texted me links to some good deals on a new plate. So grateful Johnny came up in my Google search!

I was unfortunately late by 30 minutes, so I waited for two people (I think they both had alignments too?). However I was out by 90 minutes from start to finish. I think they spent about 30 minutes or less on my car which is pretty fast from my experience. They didn't scratch the rims (19 inch staggered wheels like rear 255/35R19) They used torque wrenches. Tires are well balanced using hunter road force balancer and I didn't notice any wobbling or roaring. I'll be back and on time for my other cars :)
